Usally I like going here every once in a while, today I stopped in the morning and waited 32 minutes in the drive thru. I waited a good 10 minutes to even get noticed because they put coffee in my matcha iced latte so after sitting there waieving and waiting even though I could see 3 employees standing and talking I finally honk my horn to then the older lady giving me attitude. I finally got my food, my bagel wasn't toasted and cream cheese all over the bottom of the bag my toast wasn't toasted either ...... they seemed very annoyed and gave me cold food for annoying them.

Went through the drive thru to get Boston Kreme donuts. Employee told me yes and proceeded to put two headlights in the bag. Forgot to check and came home to discover it. A simple "we don't have Boston Kremes" would've been so much better.

Please do not come here. A line of four cars is in front of me, and I have been waiting for more than 23 minutes. The least efficient Dunkin I have ever visited. Coffee tasted burnt, was not made correctly, and certainly was not worth the price tag or the wait. I am a former Wolak employee, worked at a different for years, and know an employee who works at this location presently. Completely and entirely unacceptable. Honestly surprised upper management doesn't fix this.

I went through the drive thru this morning on my way to work. The line had been quite long when I first arrived. When I had gotten to the window to order I was told someone would be right with me. I waited 10 minutes to order. Once I got up to the window for my food and coffee I waited another 10 minutes. At this point I was in the line for 40 minutes. The server went to hand me my coffee and the top was not on all the way and it spilled all over my car and my pants. Needless to say not a happy start to the work day!

I've been ignored at this location multiple times. Today my 15min wait for 6 donuts I had to order through the kiosk bc everyone kept their back to me, I wanted to pay cash, topped them all.

Great location and serice here. Was no waiting for someone to get to the drive up window. Took my order, got my donut and coffee to go,(obviously, lol). Said thank you and left a $2 cash tip. The girl who waited on me was really quick to perfection. Her name is Madisyn or Maddy. Whatever, she was really great and had an infectious smile, a super personality ,and was very professional throughout the entire transaction process that only took maybe 2 or three minutes. The store is modern and very clean in the kitchen area. At least from what I could see as I paid my $4.32. It's nice to have a super great person like Madisyn/Maddy wait on multiple clients at once, and never lose her place in either order. Not one misstep with her. I'll shop there again. Keep up the great work young lady.

I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews for places, but my experience was so bad that I have to. This morning, 09/27/2024 I went through the drive thru at 7:00am, my order wasn't taken at the speaker until 7:09, mind you it was just me sitting at the speaker by myself. I got to the window she took my money. I then proceeded to watch 7 cars behind me pull off due to their negligence to help the drive-thru. I sat at the window for 21 minutes waiting for my crossaint, and proceeded to watch the workers help about 20+ people in the showroom floor before even turning back towards the window to help me. Staff is horrifically careless, and I will NEVER go to this location again. Terrible store location, terrible management. Disgraceful service.

This is the worst dunkin around. Every time I ask for decaf and ask to make sure it's decaf (I have heart problems and am pregnant) 90 percent of the time they give me regular. And they're always rude.
