Wow this place has gone to crap fast. Place looks worse than city locations
It doesn't matter when you go, drive through, walking in, you will wait up to 30 minutes, and if you ask for what they forgot, you will get treated like your a major inconvenience. Additionally, why do they only process 1 order at a time. This place will make you late for work evey time! Thats even when you leave early to allow for extra time .

I left a review for this Dunkin a few years ago, and I think it's time I change it. Unfortunately when management changed this entire location has gone fully down hill. I feel like something happened recently and now the entire staff is new. I have gone to this Dunkin for years and had a wrong drink maybe once a month (which is average imo). Now I can't get even a drinkable drink there anymore. Every time you walk in there's upset customers and the employees are rude as heck when you try to get your correct order. There's zero lack of respect going on in this location whether it be to the employees, the customers, or just the building in general. They're going to keep losing customers if nothing changes. I hate leaving a bad review, but this is unacceptable especially when food and beverages are SO expensive now. I can't justify spending $ on a shitty drink that I end up chucking in the garbage.
Also, yes I do make my own coffee at home, but sometimes is nice to buy one. I get an easy order that is very hard to mess up, so it's just hard for me to understand how it's been made incorrectly for months. Then I get reprimanded by employees when I try to get my drink corrected, it's truly been an awful experience every time these past few months going here..
Also if you order ahead here be prepared to wait 30+ minutes after you get to the building for your drink!

terrible i waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line that had 5 cars in it nobody knows how to work these days now im late for school despite going 40 minutes early…very angry annoyed and upset with work ethic these days…got to the window she asked how much money we had because the lady did not want to Count it. we gave her more than it costed and she never gave change back…will not be back don’t go they need new management!
I’ve never seen a Dunkin that takes one order at a time and waits until the customer is completely gone before taking the next order. I placed a pick up order and waited 30 mins to get through the drive thru. I FINALLY get to the window, the employee hands me my coffee and I can tell it’s made wrong so I say something and she says it’s made right that’s how it looks. I order the same drink every day (at a different donut) and know how it looks. So I drove to the one down the road and got a different one. Horrible customer service at this one.

We've been going here for months and the quality is so inconsistent. Service is always slow and its a toss up as whether we'll even get what we ordered. The last few times we went, they never added an flavoring to the drink and totally screwed up the food. We even left a complaint to corporate and nothing was done. It's twice the distance to the dunkin on bridge street but well worth it for consistent and high quality food/service.

This Dunkin Donuts has gone down hill. Everytime I get a latte from here it's never hot and tastes watered down! Not to mention the service is extremely slow
Usally I like going here every once in a while, today I stopped in the morning and waited 32 minutes in the drive thru. I waited a good 10 minutes to even get noticed because they put coffee in my matcha iced latte so after sitting there waieving and waiting even though I could see 3 employees standing and talking I finally honk my horn to then the older lady giving me attitude. I finally got my food, my bagel wasn't toasted and cream cheese all over the bottom of the bag my toast wasn't toasted either ...... they seemed very annoyed and gave me cold food for annoying them.

Went through the drive thru to get Boston Kreme donuts. Employee told me yes and proceeded to put two headlights in the bag. Forgot to check and came home to discover it. A simple "we don't have Boston Kremes" would've been so much better.
Overall, not bad just feel deceived.

Please do not come here. A line of four cars is in front of me, and I have been waiting for more than 23 minutes. The least efficient Dunkin I have ever visited. Coffee tasted burnt, was not made correctly, and certainly was not worth the price tag or the wait. I am a former Wolak employee, worked at a different for years, and know an employee who works at this location presently. Completely and entirely unacceptable. Honestly surprised upper management doesn't fix this.

I went through the drive thru this morning on my way to work. The line had been quite long when I first arrived. When I had gotten to the window to order I was told someone would be right with me. I waited 10 minutes to order. Once I got up to the window for my food and coffee I waited another 10 minutes. At this point I was in the line for 40 minutes. The server went to hand me my coffee and the top was not on all the way and it spilled all over my car and my pants. Needless to say not a happy start to the work day!

I've been ignored at this location multiple times. Today my 15min wait for 6 donuts I had to order through the kiosk bc everyone kept their back to me, I wanted to pay cash, topped them all.
Worst Dunkin ever hands out coffee that they know they made wrong and looks like mud water horrible
Usually pretty good as long as someone opens on time
