This morning was that awful snowstorm, and I couldn’t even make it to work driving in it. I pulled into the DD parking lot to wait for the snow to ease up. I went in while I waited, and by the time I finished ordering a large coffee and just any donut; it was in front of me! I didn’t get an offer of a receipt to thank the two women working there, and the tap to pay didn’t prompt to add a tip, but it was a really nice part of a bad morning. The donut they picked for me was also really good, some big glob of frosting on top.

This is the second time they got my order wrong. Of course I didn't realize it until I was on the road. I stopped in Fulton to get another coffee and have them dump the one I had and was told we can't take anything through the drive up window. OMG way to go Dunkin

The staff is on point and a consistent dunkin donuts in relation to expectations .In realtion to the paeking lot and Traffic signs, if you happen to be heading North or West after leaving you pretty much have to be Vasco Da Gama find your way out and back to where you are going..

I get coffee from here fairly often. Never seen this young blonde lady at the window before but wow…the most unfriendly individual I have ever seen. Just wow…the coffee was good as always but just a simple smile or a hello would be great. I even said thank you twice and got nothing. You would think she just got screamed at by her boss or something just before

Extremely slow service, which was kind of odd considering how short the drive through line was. They made a mistake on my order then they don't give a receipt so you can't complain or do their little review on the bottom of the receipt.

The coffee was terrible. This the 4th time in a row. 3 times at the south bay Dunkin and then this we thought we'd try the raft a d northern Blvd one. It was even worse. Idk why all of a sudden. We go many times a week and the coffee is always good. But not these past few days.
