I absolutely love this Dunkin! The people are always so nice! The food and drinks are phenomenal! There could be a loooooonnnnggg line in the drive through and it will be gone within 5-10 minutes. They are fast, efficient, thorough and just top tier. I refuse to go to any other Dunkin in the Syracuse area because they aren't as good as this one. The donuts are fresh and moist too! Love these guys!
This morning was that awful snowstorm, and I couldn’t even make it to work driving in it. I pulled into the DD parking lot to wait for the snow to ease up. I went in while I waited, and by the time I finished ordering a large coffee and just any donut; it was in front of me! I didn’t get an offer of a receipt to thank the two women working there, and the tap to pay didn’t prompt to add a tip, but it was a really nice part of a bad morning.
