I visited the Dunkin Donuts (#331771) located at 4 Chevy Drive in East Syracuse, NY on 11/18/2024. I have frequented this location often in the past as it is close to my office. The service and accuracy of the food has always been a 50/50 shot that you would wind up satisfied following your visit. On 11/18/2024, I went through the drive thru and ordered my iced latte with oak milk, a drink that I frequently order. I paid at the window and was handed a beverage that did not visually appear to be what I typically receive. I questioned the drink and was told that this location was out of oak milk so they substituted almond milk (without asking me). I declined the substitution and requested a refund. I was told that the manager was not available to give a refund. An employee wrote on the back of my receipt for me to come back the following day to receive the same beverage. I called the next morning to speak with the manager to request a refund but no one answered the phone. I called again in the afternoon and no one answered. I called a few days later and a few days after that, and I called today and no one answered the phone. I called several extensions at the Wolak Group and no one answered as well. Be aware...

I'm in the area for a few weeks, and probably stopped by this place about 7 times after a walmart run, and each time they'd get my order wrong. One time they gave me espresso when I ordered matcha latte. Each time I'd order avocado toast, it would be burnt, theyd hand me drinks that were like 4/5ths full (so I'd have to ask them to fill it), once made it mostly milk with alot less powder, not even mixed in. Probably better going to a different one 😅

Went through drive thru , ordered the 6 dollar meal deal , order taker was very nice n polite , but cashing out n getting food was wrong, ice coffee taste like burnt cold brew , n no Carmel swirl , hash browns still kinda frozen n no bacon on the bagel sandwich. I usually do not complain but the woman also handed me the wrong order out the window n I gave a tip . They are people n I worked service .. please pay attention more

35 minutes. THIRTY FIVE MINUTE wait for 2 donuts and a medium coffee. Plenty of donuts in display and no one is checking for mobile and display orders.

We had the pleasure of having Lacey as a cashier and she was a complete delight, although they were super busy. Highly recommend this location and appreciate the quick and efficient service they provided!
P.s. they also had MAPLE donuts- my husbands favorite that he’s been looking for!

Out of all the Dunkin’s in the area this one always has the best service, and options available in my opinion. Even if there was a mistake they rectify issues without being rude which is always appreciated.
What an absolute mess. 2 employees, 1 freaking out and screaming the other one moving in slow motion.
Parking: Dont park, drive to another Dunkin.

Doughnuts are $1.79 each now. The crew is light, as in not enough employees. Very friendly employees and great service. The Drive thru will take longer depending on the volume of business at any moment. The place is clean. Wasn't very busy on the last visit there.
And one item that I did observe the new employee was literally training herself. Not any help from the other staff. I feel that personally, every employee who starts should be fully trained before being allowed to wait on customers. Nevertheless, the new employee made my coffee on her own and it was delicious ?.
And the new employee had a most pleasant smile and excellent personality. That's why I'll go back. Oh, prices are very high, so bring extra cash, tip the employees who wait on you. But never flip out on them. Solid and great place, 5 stars all the way.

Asked for extra ice, got barely any ice. And they literally microwaved my avocado TOAST. It was soggy & disgusting. They weren’t even busy so I don’t know why they felt the need to rush it and do me a disservice.
