this is my all time FAVORITE dunkin! every morning i go i am greeted with smiles and friendly faces ! they ALWAYS get my coffee right and the staff always puts me in a better mood even if i’m in a good one already!! All around perfect store and crew! Also no matter how long the line is i’m always in an out within 5 minutes

Extremely slow drive through with no one being served inside. Can't tell you how long I waited, but I know that the car ahead of me waited over 3 minutes to have their order taken. When I got to the speaker they made me wait too. At 3 minutes I said "hello" and the girl said "we'll be right with you", and I told her I have a mobile order and she told me to drive up. I had placed my mobile order when I got in line, but I had been waiting so long that my whipped cream was all melted. I will never go back.

Karen definitely lives up to her name. From the second I started talking to her she was nothing but miserable and inpatient. It’s very unpleasant to talk to her and I’m very surprised to see her in a position where she needs to talk to customers, if there was one person in this world that shouldn’t be talking to customers it’s Karen. All I got was a frozen coffee and a half dozen donuts.

Duncan is duncan but i favor this duncan clean friendly fast accurate service great staff. Lots of short beautiful people ?to.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out.

Stopped here on 7/19/23 and spent $36 dollars on three bagels w/ cream cheese and three coffees. Everyone in this place was miserable and looked like they didn't want to be there. In their defense, they were busy and appeared to be understaffed for the volume of customers that were at the drive thru and the counter but that should not be the consumer's problem. The most cordial employee was Karen who had to alternate between inside and drive through orders. No one was calling out orders and they were piling up on the counter. When I inquired about which order was for me an employee stated " I don't know, it got stickers". I work in public service and also deal with the general public every day. A little politeness goes a long way; particularly when you are taking someone's hard earned money. As far as the product? My black coffee was like tea. Almost like it was the second brew on a used basket of coffee. The other coffees were flavored and the sentiment was consistent that it was weak coffee. Bagels were fine.
