Never been to this one. I decided to stop in after my shopping while I waited for my ride. The lady was prompt & friendly (didn't get her name but she was maybe late 30s early 40s white lady with black hair) they had my cappuccino ready nice & quick! And it was just as I ordered it. Some Dunkins just downright suck (I'm looking at you , Camillus) but this one is by far one of the best ones I've ever been into.
