Every single time I come to this Dunkin the wait is ridiculously long. As someone who has worked food service before I can tell you that there is absolutely no reason for the wait to be this long EVERY single time I go here other than poor management. Do NOT go to this Dunkin if you want to wait any less than 35 minutes for a drink. Extremely frustrating >:(

I was the only person at the drive thru and I ordered 3 items. One of the items was the snackin bacon. When I opened the bag and pulled out the bacon it was cold. So I imagine they had given me bacon that had been sitting for a loooooong while. Not sure why they wouldn’t have given me a fresh snckn bacon as I was the only one in line. This was my first and probably last time at this Dunkin on Collamer Rd. Just can’t imagine picking up a cold order of bacon and putting it in a paying customers bag. Then they told me to have a nice day knowing they put that cold bacon in my bag. The audacity….

Twice now I have ordered for pick up in store and the lobby is closed so you have no choice but to sit in a line that is wrapped out to the road for the driveway since you've already paid for your coffee.

Drive through staff are very rude, the coolattas do not taste the same anymore I think they need a lesson on how to make them. No flavor what so ever. Also need a lesson on being nice.

This location had their doors locked this morning and had me 30 minutes late to work waiting in a 10-car line to pick up my mobile order that I placed 40 minutes ago. The person at the window was kind and my drink was excellent, at least.

Order two nutty pumpkins with one cream they came out we tasted them. It tasted like pure sugar and cream.! Gave me some story about that they clean their creamer and everywhere else I get it, including here. It looks darker and taste more like coffee because they don’t clean the creamer.??? What???? Asked her to add more coffee when it came back and I drove away it taste like she added water. It tastedlike nothing but water and sugar.! I should have tested it first and asked for a refund. Poor customer service as well! The one that is almost gone is from the same store hours earlier…. It has coffee in it!
Whenever I order the loaded hashbrowns all they are is hashbrowns in a cup. I was thinking maybe just a different cook but nope everyone who cooks does the same thing. If you want the cheese on them, you need to ask for extra and then you are not getting what you would get from other Dunkin locations. This is very close to my job and convenient for me to stop at but after what I got today which was what I said hashbrowns in a cup I will take an extra minute out of my morning to find another Dunkin that adds the cheese & bacon w/out adding the extra cost...

I've have gotten mutiple cups of coffee that are like they filled it with half the cup with creamer and they take forever even when there is no lines
