I just spent 10-25 minutes waiting in line. Nobody in front of me! While three workers walking past me several times. One finally says not taking orders at the register only kiosk or mobile.Fine I go to the kiosk and proceed with this. Another older gentleman comes in and stands at the register for awhile. Someone finally makes him aware. He leaves furiously cussing.While he is leaving one speaks up and says you want to talk to someone she is right there.The employees start talking amongst each other how rude people are.While he is walking out. This said person to talk to says to the other employees.I don't care if they have a problem with it apply.I politely speak up and said maybe if people didn't already stand there waiting to be waited on while others walk past them. She says with her rude tone there is a sign on the register.Well unfortunately in my situation I left my home today without getting my contacts in. Because my alarm didn't go off.I had to hurry up and get my mother in law to her cancer treatment across the street from this nasty ass place.But before her cancer treatment she was scheduled for a urgent X-ray this morning. To see if there's a mass on her spine now. The moral of my review is... If you can't talk to people without being rude because you are working short. Just maybe your in the wrong field.Maybe sitting at a desk and push papers and be sure you don't have to interact with others would be better.Ive worked short on a daily basses as a nurse. Never did I take it out on my patients!!! Never did I say if you want your meds or anything else right away apply for the job.You never know what that other person is going through that you're attacking. I'm hoping we don't hear just before Christmas my mother in laws cancer has spread.Meanwhile your angry at the world your working short.The sad world we live in now has no sense of each others feelings.Just self absorbed about themselves.I could've spoken up about her lashing out. But I have self control unlike her.I will take my coffee and my mother in laws plain donuts.I'm surprising her with. Sit at brittonfield while she gets her chemo for the next 5hrs. Sorry I couldn't apply to serve coffee today.Im across the street several days a week.

This Dunkin is the worst. Almost every time i go there the lobby is closed. Just a sorry note saying sorry for the inconvenience. One girl with short hair, is either deliberatley rude or just doesn't care how you want your coffee. Should get rid of the staff that don't want to open the lobby.

Extremely unprofessional my son's food was ice cold the employee started throwing items around the room and threatening me and calling me names because I wanted them to warm my son's food up then they were refusing to give me my money back it was extremely uncomfortable and my children were very nervous I will never go back there again 😡

It was a very pleasant visit to this Dunkin Store today when I had finished with a Doctor's appointment, I needed a cup of coffee badly and purchased two donuts and the store associates were very pleasant, professional, and communicated very well. The store was very clean, and neat, coffee and donuts were very fresh. I would stop there again, and I would highly recommend this awesome store to anyone.

Terrible coffee real sweet and so much cream . We ordered a medium regular with cream and sugar. Have you noticed lately you’re not making any money and you’re having to order lots of cream and sugar because whoever is making the coffee Is costing you the owner lots of money. Also, I might mention Your bagels are way overcooked they’re like chewing on a piece of rawhide, usually burnt.

Put my mobile order in to walk in. When I get there the lobby is closed and that you will have to pick up your mobile order through the drive thru. The drive thru is backed up all the way to the road and moving slowly. If the walk in option was shut off and only drive thru was available I wouldn't have ordered at this time since it was going to take 20 minutes or more to get through the line to just pick up my order and I would be late work. I'm out $10 since I couldn't wait in the drive thru line. Collamer rd in E Syracuse Dunkin Donuts at times shuts the lobby down for unknown reasons but most likely has to do with staff shortage.

My wife and I are here mon-fri at 8am, and there is an issue with the doors being locked A LOT of the times! Yesterday, a family member came inside after my wife and friend left out and one of the employee's locked the door after stating "this is b.s. and I don't care what the manager says". It always causes the traffic to back up and affect the just regular drivers

My friend asked even about working here an they told him how to apply. We went outside an our other friend a girl came out of bathroom to order. She overheard them ''another one we could get fired if hired.'' Insane this place like this and how comfortable they talk around other woman. Dont seem like the right place to work or safe.
