“We discovered this delightful gem completely by accident while traveling through Syracuse. The atmosphere is phenomenal with bright colors, a rustic feel, while feeling metropolitan. They had plenty of seating both inside and outside and the service was fantastic. The food was EXCELLENT and well worth the price. The menu was very diverse and lengthy. They had a beautiful bar area and wonderful drink selection.“

“We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! “This place is amazing. They own a bigger restaurant in canastota ( La Bamba MTZ ). This is a smaller mostly to go restaurant but they have tables and you are welcome to stay and eat. The family that owns it is so friendly, although there aren’t many workers there it’s because it’s a small family business. The food is really really good and it’s definitely more authentic Mexican food. They are happy to substitute items within the menu whenever. One review stated the food is not made there and that is incorrect as I’ve seen them grill my steak when I went right after it opened. Highly reccomended this small gem in Manlius!!“
