The food was good. The service was a little slow since there was only one other customer when i was there, but the server was friendly.

Dietary restrictions: Was able to find a dish that I can tolerate since I am gluten-free.

One of the Best Restauraunts I have been to in Syracuse, Nice, Friendly, Gracious, Clean, Resonably priced, Food Superb.

We stopped in here on a whim as we happened to pass by, and we were not disappointed. We arrived before 5pm for an early dinner and were greeted by a pleasant server, who seated us immediately. The menu wasn’t too large, but it did offer a nice variety. I ordered the Burrito El Paso and my friend ordered the Chimichangas. As we waited, we noted how clean and nicely decorated the place was. We didn’t wait very long for our food and it was very delicious. My friend said she hasn’t had Mexican food this good since she lived in Florida. The total bill was only about $30, so it was not overpriced in the least. We will definitely plan on stopping in again the next time we are in the area.

Okay. I have so many issues with this restaurant. First of all the food was mediocre. I won't even go into detail like I did in my original review but if you're thinking about eating here and are expecting to have a delicious meal and get a good bang for your buck then you're out of luck. We spent $55.27 here on two meals, an extremely small quesadilla and queso and chips. To make the story short we couldn't and didn't eat the food so we called last night to get a refund and after some back and forth the person told me to call in the morning and they'll get it sorted for me. So I did just that. I called on my lunch break at work and asked for a refund. The woman on the phone told me she'd give me the refund if I deleted my review. She said it was bad for business. So I agreed. I deleted my review. She then tells me she can't give me the refund because I ordered through a third party website (which you have to do to order here online) and that when that third party paid the restaurant she'd give me half of the refund back. I was under the impression that if I deleted my honest review that she would give me the entire refund back. (I was not okay with this) I ended up calling the third party and they couldn't give me a refund either. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. I thought it was extremely rude that this woman bullied me into deleting the review and lying saying she'd give me a refund then cutting me short. Anyways. Maybe this restaurant was just having a bad day with their chef. Maybe the food is actually good here sometimes and if you are going to try this place out I would recommend eating in house or checking your food before you leave so you could get a refund right away if it turns out like our meals did. I don't want bad karma in life. I don't want to tear a business down that's not my intention and I would be willing to try this place out again in house if I got a sincere apology. Maybe then I could write a better review.

Wait staff was really great.. quick, helpful. Food was moderately priced but seemed somewhat worth less. 3 of us got chicken fajitas & 4th person got shrimp fajitas. Only 3 very small corn tortillas, sizzling hot chicken / peppers / onions, and plate of fixings (beans, rice, lettuce, guacamole, and smidge of sour cream). It all looked good, but the chicken was rubbery & just ok. I would not get again. 3 of us are GF, and there were plenty of options for that. Fajitas dinner was about $16-20 ea.
