I will say the people were nice, but service was way too slow considering there were hardly any patrons there.

And the menu was way more disgusting than I remembered. I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in about 5 years. Now I know why.

We truly enjoyed our dinner at The East Syracuse location and we love the salad bar! What was best though Was our server Cliff. Not only was he incredibly attentive like seriously, five star attentive, but he’s also such a creative person and we had a nice chat about kids and life and so forth and some of the cool things he’s done making his house wonderful for his children, since we brought it up about houses and such… since we just moved here. Anyway, his kids are so blessed to have him and we’re blessed to have him as our server! Will be back! The steak was great by the way

Kid-friendliness: We are comfortable, bringing our grandchildren here because there’s plenty of seating. It’s well spaced and there’s always something to keep them busy, including eating!

Mary was thank Excellent Hostess, Waitress, and Bartender- seemed to be the only employee besides the cook. She worked her butt off, was friendly and super accommodating.

Consolidated Fuzzball

Night manager was frenzied, unprofessional and incompetent, I was served fish that was undercooked, almost cold in the center which gave me food poisoning by morning.
The bar tender did her best under the conditions and was the only action that was worthy of a paycheck.

I ordered through a food delivery service, from what I thought was an authentic, local, Italian restaurant (“Pasta Americana”). I called the restaurant directly, and the phone was answered by Mary, from “Ruby Tuesday’s”. Mary advised me that the Italian restaurant was a “ghost” restaurant. Mary assured me that Ruby Tuesdays had specific chefs who used the Italian restaurant’s recipes. I never would have ordered if I knew that Ruby Tuesday’s was fulfilling the order. My order was delivered within the stated delivery period. What I received was horrifying; the food was terrible! It tasted like rubbery cardboard , it was cold, and the portions were pathetically small. I have never had such a horrible, and disappointing
meal from any restaurant, ever.

I arrived at Ruby Tuesday after placing an online order at 4:30pm. It is now 4:55pm the cook said “what? I only got that ticket 2 minutes ago.” No urgency, and then he even said, “what do you mean the microwave isn’t working.” I have an email saying come pick up at 4:40pm. I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience and how the online process worked. The place is empty, and for good reason it seems. Time to find somewhere else.
