What’s up with Subway being closed when it should be open? Google says 10, drove 20 mins after the gym for them to hit me with “sorry”.

It says it opens at 9am, I’m outside waiting for someone to unlock the doors, seen the workers go to dollar store then back. Attitude from workers. A little expensive too.

Besides never having anything in stock, and the nozzles of the soda fountain never being cleaned (seriously, check them before you use them). My order that had steak on it wasn't even put in the oven ("toasting was unavailable"). The attitude of the girl in the front is rude. This is the third time we've ordered and they 'forget' something and then give us attitude when we ask for what we paid for.

Awful. Ordered three footlong sandwiches. Used a promotion where I bought a drink and a footlong, and I got another footlong free.

So I paid for two sandwiches and a drink.

Ordered it online, picked it up and went home. Upon unwrapping the sandwiches, it was clear that they were not edible. The bread was dangerously undercooked. Parts of the bread were still doughy.

Two of the three sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. If the employees actually toasted them, you couldn't tell. With the bread being so poorly baked, it is possible that they were toasted, but again, under penalty of death, I'm telling you, no toasting was evident.

I tried calling 8-10 times, you get no one.

I drove back and explained the situation to the young man that handed me the sandwiches originally, and he apologized and blamed an earlier shift for the poorly baked bread.

Look, I get it, no one wants to be the one responsible. Let's say for a moment that indeed, the poorly baked bread was the fault of the previous shift. The problem I still have with the young man I was dealing with is that he (or his associate) made not one, but THREE sandwiches with this obviously defective bread.

He went out of his way to agree with me that the bread was not suitable and should never have been sold, so why did he (or his associate) make sandwiches with that bread?!

Then I was told that he could only refund the sandwiches because, you know, I filled up the drink cup before I left from the original visit.

Ok. I didn't argue, I just said, "that's fine."

Never again. For the price of a fountain drink, this location has lost my business forever.

I have received some poorly constructed sandwiches from this location in the past, and a few times I've received sandwiches that were incorrect, differing from my online order, but I've always let it slide.

I'm done. This was the straw.

Image is one of the "toasted" sandwiches. The picture doesn't do it justice, it's many times worse than that photo, but I'm not a food photographer, it was just a quick snap while I was upset. I should have taken more and better photos.

Got 3 subs for pickup and 2 of them were disgusting and soggy. Upon calling we were told that we would have to drive back and give them the subs to get a refund or have new subs made. Don’t want to go back out now so we will have to wait for the district manager to call us to try and get anywhere.

With a variety and versatile of meats and vegetables there's a good selection of Subs to choose from. At least three bread to choose from, go multi grain just for the stomach health or just go plan white Italian it's your choice really and don't be afraid of the cheese bread not my favorite. A good melt is the steak, but it's better fresh than letting it sit in the fridge. Can't go wrong with a tuna fish Sub with banana peppers, lettuce and tomato. There's cookies about five to choose from, recommend the oat meal raise.

Vegetarian options: Just order multi grain bread with all the veggies.

Bread is stale and you get more lettuce than bread and they don't freshly slice the meats as advertised
