I have never ordered from this location before today, only the Fayetteville location. When placing a delivery order over the phone, everything seemed to be fine and was able to give my address to the woman on the phone. Apprx. 30-45 minutes later though, we were told that our address was too far away. This is all fine and understandable! We would have been more than happy to pick up our order. My experience turned soured however when the woman on the phone accused me of repeatedly attempting to place a delivery order for this address that is out of their bounds for delivery. I’m unsure why the delivery driver would claim this to the woman on the phone or how this situation came to be where I’m being falsely accused. I do not know how this internal miscommunication came to be but I have never had such a bizarre phone call from a pizza shop before.

Ordered a couple days ahead pizza were ready at exactly the time I asked, I know because I got out of work early and ended up there ten minutes before the time I specified. Pizzas were exactly the twin trees style I have a certain neostelogia for and were prepared perfectly within those parameters

I've never been to the twin trees restaurants but was recommended to try that for good pizza. It was excellent Pizza and days later. I'm still thinking about how good it was! The crust was incredibly good and the flavor was excellent.

Ordered a Large pizza 20 wings and a 2 liter. They said 52$ with delivery. When the order finally came wings were cold and very greasy. A week later I look at my card statement and now it’s 62$. Driver must’ve written in his own tip. Cause I’m not tipping for greasy wings. NEVER USE YOUR CARD OVER THE PHONE WITH PLACES LIKE

First time picking up from here. Just got home with a large pie and a large Italian sub. The pizza was no different than any other twin trees I've had. Maybe even more flavorful. Of course the crust excellent. You could tell the sub was made with care. It ate so good. Not only is the kitchen doing their job, the young Lady that was working the phone counter was efficient knowledgeable and just plain nice. Thumbs up thank you
