On our first visit, when we drove up at 1:00 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon to find the large parking lot almost full, I thought this must be a really good restaurant. Indeed, Vito's was not hosting a wedding reception, but was filled with happy regulars enjoying lunch. I ordered manicotti, and for a starter their minestrone soup. For some years, my favorite minestrone soup has been that served at Joey's at Carrier Circle. However, filled with properly cooked vegetables...
The food is amazing!! And the staff are amazing!! If you're looking for some great Italian food, this is the place to go! Also, there is no way you'd be leaving here still hungry. Lol
They were very busy on a Saturday night, but the service and the food were first class. I forgot to take a picture of the main meal, but this was just the soup and the anti pasta that came with the dinner. The portions were huge. Also with the dinner came dessert and coffee.
