On 9/18 went to get dinner .., looked at the online menu New York Strip 29.96 with fries or baked potato …. Went in ordered the dish … when the bill came the price was 32.95 plus additional 3.50 for a baked potato …. I went to the hostess area to show them the difference between the online menu and what my bill stated … the response was “ we have to tell the online people to fix the prices “. No effort was made to correct the blatant 6.50 overcharge !!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM KORINTHIA.
I've been coming to Piper’s Kilt for the last 10 years. Their burgers, nachos, and wings are excellent, and the atmosphere is like none other - truly a gem in Westchester County. However, I had probably what was the rudest restaurant staff experience I have ever had in my entire life. I kid you not, our waitress Korinthia had the biggest attitude, taking almost no time to talk to us, simply took our orders, and left us alone the entire night. She did not check for waters, scoffed at us when we asked for napkins, and our request for sauce was ignored. I've seen plenty of bad service in my time, but she was straight-up condescending and disrespectful to our table. She would not respond to us, and it did not help that the other wait staff did not attend to the issue either. The only one to help us was the busboy.
It is truly a shame that such wonderful food was spoiled due to one waitress. Piper’s Kilt team, please put as much effort into your staff as you do your food.
This spot has been voted the best burger in Westchester multiple times over the years, most recently in 2022—and it’s easy to see why. I had the burger with sautéed onions and Swiss cheese, and it was everything you want in a great burger: juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
I also upgraded to the onion rings, which were perfectly fried—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not greasy at all. The quality and consistency here really stand out. A must-visit for burger lovers.

What an awesome find! Went in for a quick lunch and WOW! First off the bartender was nothing but courteous, and professional. But the food was next level! Do yourself a favor and go order 24 wings just for you, you won't be disappointed and you will undoubtedly eat them all!!! The burgers are delicious and massive!! You definitely won't leave hungry!! 10/10 will definitely be a repeat customer!!

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 5 years because the food has always been incredible. But this last visit was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had here — and it had nothing to do with the food.
Our waitress, Korinthia, gave us immediate attitude when I politely asked, “Excuse me, is there another order of chicken fingers coming?” She rolled her eyes and responded in a tone that was just completely uncalled for. It’s not like the restaurant was packed either — there were maybe three tables seated at the time.
For the rest of the meal, she sat on her phone and never once checked on us. No refills, no “how’s everything going?”, nothing. I even finished my drink and pushed the cup to the edge of the table in plain view — still ignored. When we were done eating, we stacked the plates hoping she’d notice. She didn’t. Another waitress — who was attentive and kind — finally came over, noticed the stack of empty plates, and took care of us.
Honestly, it was disappointing to be treated that way at a place I’ve recommended for years. Great food doesn’t make up for bad service. At a restaurant, basic politeness and attentiveness should be standard — not optional.
