I order from this place everyday for work. I do two separate orders since I’m picking up food for my coworkers. Multiple times they messed up and charged me for my food plus my coworkers food. Another time they charged me for food that someone else left on the counter as I was checking out. Lastly, the food isn’t good. I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich and the ranch was spoiled. Had to throw it out after a few bites. I won’t be coming back here…

Been going there for good bunch of years. Lunch heroes are enormous but is n ow over 15 bucks . Salads especially cole slaw , potatoe and mac are absolutely horrible. Change the recipes

I was very disappointed having not been here in years. It was once a fabulous place with wonderful food. It is now nothing more than a cheesy bodega. I ordered hot lobster bisque that was reheated in a microwave in the plastic container. The bisque had not actual pieces of lobster.

Breakfast was skimpy literally a shotglass of homefries and i get its a special but id rather pay little more and get a better meal especially if im gona be left hungry

We chose them to catering a party as their menu was diverse than a regular Italian restaurant. We ordered Eggplant Parm, Chicken Piccata, Roast Beef and Gravy, Baked Ziti, Pork Tenderloin stuffed with spinach and feta, Grilled Veggies, Roasted Potatoes, and an Italian Hero. Our guests LOVED the food, as did we. Many asked where we ordered from so they can use for their upcoming gatherings. We will absolutely use them again in the future, and will certainly be visiting more often for take out.
I order a catering order with here. The food didn't get eaten. None of our guests ate the food and we wound up just throwing it out. Honestly it was a waste. I told them when I called after our party and it all they said was thank you. So to be honest we will avoid citarelli's at all cost. I don't like to leave negative reviews. the owner contacted me and we will resolve the issue. They are a nice place.
