Love this place!! I’ve had problems locally with people not fulfilling my order as asked (I’m particular). They are very welcoming and always happy!! My egg sandwich is always made just the way I like it!! If you tried this deli early on under the new management, I urge you to give them another try. They’ve made a ton of improvements and are well stocked now.

The food here is amazing. On top of this, the customer service is outstanding. I always feel so welcomed when I walk in, the workers are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces!! Highly recommend if you want to be greeted with a warm welcome :)

Poor. New ownership is not good. Ordered a sandwich - got turkey INSTEAD OF REQUESTED roast beef, red pepper INSTEAD OF red onion, mustard INSTEAD OF horse radish dressing. $10 WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. Big lack of communication!!

Billy, the owner, and his staff are the best. If you're looking for quality food this is the place. Ask about the Chuckster, there's a funny story to that sandwich. Our family gets breakfast and lunch from Billy's/Eastport Plaza all the time. We get wings every Super Bowl, 3/4' hero's for parties, food is always great. Beyond good food, it's a great community establishment where you're quickly on a first name basis with everyone.

Stopped by yesterday for Pizza but the store was closed. Went in here & had a bomb sandwich. Great Sandwich perfectly done, so good.They call it the Texas Ruben. Pastrami, BBQ, Cheddar, & Coleslaw. Had them put it on a hero. Delicious. I’ll be back today for lunch. ??

The amazing Eastport Deli!!!! Always an amazing fresh hero sandwich awaits. But so much more! Do like fried chicken? Oh wow!!! Fantastic. The fried chicken dinner is only $8.99 and you get four pieces of fried chicken (soooooooo gooooooood!) a pile of their homefried potatoes and a side salad (your choice of mac salad, potato or cole slaw. So, great sandwiches, great chicken, great hot food. Stop by and treat yourself to an awesome deli experience.

Had this place cater sandwiches for my baby shower and it was a huge let down :/The sandwiches were bland and very bad tasting so much that out of two huge heros only 3 little sandwich pieces were taken from it.The chicken salad tastes pretty good though

Was working in the area and Starving, walked in at 12:15 and the fact that the deli was empty should have been a red flag, but I decided to give it a try. Ordered a very simple hero and side salad. Immediately after I took the first bite my hero had a funny taste to it. I was so hungry that I forced myself to eat the first half but wound up throwing the second half away. My side salad of rice pudding looked like it was freshly made through the case window but also had a very wired taste to it, like it was expired. As someone who works all over Long Island I go to a number of delis all over the place, I feel bad even writing this but after being charged $21 for a hero, drink and a salad I don't feel that bad. I'm not sure about there other foods but I have a feeling they are not that great either. It's a shame, such a good location I feel whoever owns this deli needs to do some quality control. I can't imagine I'll ever eat from here again but I hope that they try and improve. Taste Matters!
