Finally got to make the trip out to Rayzor’s today. I had three perfectly chargrilled hot dogs, my wife had a delicious chili dog and my mom had a pulled pork sandwich which also delicious. The onion rings and French fries were cooked to perfection!! Great atmosphere. Sabres memorabilia everywhere, even a dome hockey game!! Awesome experience all around!! Props to Jeff & Kim for running an awesome restaurant!! Oh and before I go the soft serve ice cream 🍦 is absolutely a delicious way to top off your meal!!!

I was there tonight and all the staff on duty went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a warm bottle! The care and concern was very heart warming!! Kudos to you guys!!

The food was great . Service was great . Arrived at 7:30 from a long day of traveling. We didn’t know the indoor seating closes at 8pm. The thing that bothered us was the young man mopping around us , literally around our table .
( he was doing a good job , but couldn’t he wait ?) and the young girl trying to get our ketchup while we were using it . I know they were trying to get things done before leaving but the establishment doesn’t close till 8:30. It just made us feel rushed . Then I noticed another customer came in to place a to go order and they were at the condiment station and her little girl slipped on the wet floor . I had to let them know the young man just mopped . They really need to wait to mop . Or figure out a better system to get the dining area done with out bothering customers . Like I said , we are from out of town and got there in enough time to eat inside .

It’s a fine place for casual quick dining. The food was average The milkshake excellent. Prices were average. If you need a quick meal and in and out you’ll find it here. As a huge plus. The staff excellent and very friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Rob Ray has always been my favorite hockey player. My wife and I were out that way. The smoky flavor of hot dogs was great. The ice cream ( upstate) is now my fav. Service great.

We love Rayzor's! Great specials! Great food! Great employees! They hire young people and give them the chance to hone their skills working with the general public, which isn't easy, but a great life lesson! It's wonderful to see them expanding and trying to fill a much needed nitch within the community! We have never had a bad meal or a bad experience and we visit 2 to 4 times a month. Keep up the great efforts! Thank you! PS) Our bird loves your curly'qs! ❤️

Spend your money elsewhere because this place is not worth it. Food is okay (Connor’s and George’s are better; fresh, consistent, and comparable prices) but customer service is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. The owner is unprofessional and lacks self-control and his workers follow his lead. It’s clear he thinks he can treat customers however he wants because he is the owner.

Upon coming in, the owner came out to inform our family (we have about 20 of us) that we need to make sure to tip when we order our food. We were all paying as individual families. This is not a full-service restaurant. I am not being served at my table so a tip is not expected, but I probably would have tipped anyways. But as someone who served in a restaurant for years, to TELL customers to tip by the owner is crass and wildly unprofessional.

When me and my husband and two young kids walked in, we were told rudely to clear the area and wait outside for our orders. I have been here one other time (this was my husband’s first time!), so it started our evening on yet another bad note. There was no need to shoo us out as we had just met up with our extended family, and my daughter ran into a school friend , which is what a dining experience is for: to socialize. We were not rowdy nor rude. For reference, there was one other family in line at the time besides us and another family dining in the inside portion so we were not impeding traffic.

I went outside with my infant and saw my cousin walk up. We met roughly in front of the ice cream window but were a distance away by the table. We were talking when the female worker opened the window and asked what we would like. We told her we were just chatting and we’re good, thanks. This prompted her to roll her eyes and slam shut the window. Okay, so we can’t socialize outside either.

I ordered a chicken rice bowl (hot, no black beans, with pepper jack cheese). When I received our order, the bowl came with black beans, no sauce or seasoning whatsoever, and zero cheese. I went in to ask for some sort of sauce or “hot” and cheese, and the young girl who had taken my order did not believe me and had to “check my ticket”. Neither of those items were up charges, so to ask for cheese and some sort of “hot” that I ordered (she asked for my preference upon ordering) was reasonable and it was wild that she didn’t believe me and wanted to check. I finally got a slice of pepper jack for my bowl.

In addition to these, there were a bunch of other things that occurred to other members of our group. The owner’s responses from the first interaction through the last showed that he has zero emotional or managerial intelligence or knowledge of how customer service impacts your business.
