Everyone was friendly, service was fast, and the place was clean. It deserves 5 stars for what it is and what people should expect from a Tim Hortons.

Went through Tim Hortons drive-through young lady got my order wrong then got to the window. Forgot to hand me. A bag gave me a Boston cream doughnut instead of a vanilla dipped doughnut. Another team member asked to what was wrong. She stated she got the donut wrong, and had a smart mouth about it at the window with an attitude. She’s very lucky I didn’t get out of my vehicle and approached her. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again I’m posting it online due to not even getting or being off a receipt for my order.

It's the poor mans Starbucks.. with better coffee and much cheaper prices, a staple in WNY.. and my goto for coffee at anytime of the day.. and no reading the encyclopedia of crap that you have to go thru while ordering from Starbucks.. I can say a large double/double and know what I'm getting.. take that Venti and shove it... sorry, I was about to rant. lol

Don’t come here within an hour of close because the staff shuts everything off and won’t even make tea. Tried ordering multiple items and then a drink and couldn’t get anything even though they were still going to be open for 35-40 minutes.

They charge more for less.. for some reason everything is more expensive & they’re the only Tim Hortons in the area that doesn’t put 2 eggs on their bagel breakfast sandwich’s.. I live in Eden & have to go to any surrounding Tim’s instead.

Tim Hortons in Eden, NY, is a fantastic spot, especially for early risers and truck drivers like myself. The staff there is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by how they opened the lobby early in the morning, which made it incredibly convenient for me to grab a hot cup of tea and a delicious breakfast before hitting the road. The service was quick, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was fresh and tasty, which is exactly what you need to start a long day on the road. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
