I'm not entirely sure how they do it but I ordered garlic Knotts that were burn to a crisp on top but not cooked all the way through! How does that even happen???

We ordered garlic knots and they were raw doe añd were no butter and garlic on them we had to finish baking and and put garlic and butter on them and we have gotten pizza before and

If I could zero stars I would. Because the subs that was made for us tonight. Weren't subs. They DIDN'T have any meat and very little of everything else. And the manager thinks his customers check there food before leaving the store. Me and my family have ordered from spikes for a good handful of years. After tonight I probably will never order from spikes again.

I ordered a calzone from there tonight and simply asked for grilled chicken. They proceeded to put crispy chicken in there, and then gave me attitude when I simply asked if I can get a new calzone and told me next time to order from elsewhere, and was just simply being a real Karen this place has went downhill not only with quality of service, but quality of food, and very disrespectful people

Old lady who was working cash last weekend is racist. Im a minority and recieved unproffesional customer service from this older woman. She was pleaseant and polite to others but when it was my turn to be served her smile instantly disappeared and talked to me in a undermining tone. Geez lady im just a kid that just wanted was pizza .

Spike’s recently catered an event we sponsored. We have used them before. Denise and her team never cease to amaze me with the quality of the food, attention to detail and an absolute focus on exceeding expectations. They are the very best at what they do and have my highest recommendation. You will never be disappointed.
We stopped in tonight for the first time. Too bad I waited so long. I had a philly steak. Just fantastic. My fiance had a chicken parm sub that she found to be excellent. We both ordered the chef salad those were also great. I live 30 minutes away and plan to frequent the place.

Ordered a sub was told 20 min showed up 25 min after I ordered it wasn't ready. Figured I would just pay for it and wait. 20 min later still wasn't ready. Told the guys working hope they enjoy my sub and walked out. Probably won't ever Order there again. Very sad, spikes was always spot on with the food and service.
