Just wanted to update (6/30/25)- Still feel the same. Food is outstanding. Service wonderful and prices are very good in relation to everything else in the world today. A car was probably $10k less for the same model when I originally wrote the review- but Tres Primos prices are still pretty close to, if not, the same as nine years ago. You can't really beat it. You'll leave stuffed!

This was the best meal I’ve had out in a while. We had nachos, frozen margs, and entrees, all amazing. The host and server were both friendly and took great care of us even though the place was bustling.
My neighborhood has several great Mexican restaurants and this one, if closer, would give them tough competition.

Best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to bar none. The food, which was a a steak fajita quesadilla was absolutely fantastic. It was homemade grilled with a crispy crust. The steak was tender and the cheese sauce was great. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans which were as good as anywhere I’ve been. My spouse got chips covered in beans, queso chicken which was plentiful and equally as good. The food came out super fast, plentiful and hot. Not to mention how quickly it came out. The waiter was superb!! Parking was free with plenty of spaces. I say excellent job everyone. Gracious!! We will be back!!!!

Hailey moley, it was packed on a Wednesday night! They had cheep and taste drinks. Pretty good food for the area. Nice and simple, not much American flair, which was great. The waitress was attentive and kind and let you chill if you wanted to.

I absolutely used to love this restaurant. They usually have amazing quality and quantity. Unfortunately both took a hit clearly and I'm very upset with the food I have purchased from them at a pretty steep price for a Spanish restaurant. I used to come and get fajitas and quesadillas all the time and now they're so thin I'm still hungry after consuming my entire meal and I don't even eat that much because of how small their serving sizes have become. This is quite unacceptable to why they are appeasing to the rest of the restaurants around us because the rest of the restaurants around us also fall into the same category due to their lack of effort and quality, much like dimitris, Rianaldo's and even happy star. The service was tremendous they were very kind and considerate but I am very upset on my actual meal itself and I will never spend money here again and I advise you to do the same and just keep driving to either Auburn or Syracuse whichever direction you're coming from because this is a waste of your money due to their quality and quantity has severely dropped. Even their closest food review was 7 months ago. It's not the same Trea Primos. I rather make my own versions at home for the quality and price they're charging. I wish I could return my meals for my money back I was beyond disappointed and upset with their delivery. To my fans and those who follow me if you're in the Syracuse area, just go to Adelitas. You won't be disappointed at their level of food and authenticity compared to this sub-par tres primos.
