I stopped at the Arsenal for lunch today with a coworker while on a week long trip for work. The waitress was beyond friendly, suggested a special, which was amazing and since the soup of the day was sold out she recommended a different soup that was beyond expectations!! Everything tasted homemade and was seasoned to perfection, no salt or pepper was needed and nothing was overly spiced or salty. Everything came in a timely fashion and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area! The service was impeccable and the food beyond compare and on the same level with any of the five star restaurants I've dined at in NYC, Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse. Be sure to stop here!!Walkability: We sat near the window and watched many folks out for a walk, and many other diners walked to the restaurant. We walked after our lunches.Noteworthy details: Friendly staff!!

Stopped here for lunch on a Thursday. The service was fast. Great breakfast and lu ch menu. I had the Inn sandwich, it was huge! Very good food, clean place, nice staff.

We were the only table occupied. Our order was taken and 40 mins later asked for another cup of coffee. The waitress poured a cup for my husband and ignored me. No spoons on the table and stirred coffee with our forks. Finally breakfast arrived and potatoes were raw eggs overcooked sausage burnt. Need I Say more. Enjoy if you like

Went for breakfast, tables were dirty and there was food on the floor. The coffee was not hot and had things floating in it. When asked for a Pepsi I was brought a can with a cup on top of it, no ice, no straw. The food was disgusting, the home fries looked dirty and were under cooked. The eggs Benedict had barely any sauce on it, the English muffin wasn’t toasted. The veggie eggs Benedict was disgusting, the vegetables were still raw. Complete waste of $34. The silverware was dirty oh and Also they brought a dog into the kitchen while cooking food. Only good thing was the waitress who was nice

Stopped for breakfast. Super friendly ladies! Food was delicious and portions were huge.We were in the area for a couple days (we live 4 hours away) and if we get that way again, we'll be sure to stop in again.

Recommend calling ahead of going. Google listing hours, website hours, hours on the building and actual hours are all very different. We drove up on a Sunday when their Google listing said they were open and they were closed. Drove up another day and waited 40 mins in the car for when they said they were open on the website and they said we had to wait another 30 mins (1.5 hours later than their Google listing says). I always frequent small time dinners and was looking forward to a visit but after several trips and the constant change of hours we weren't able to see what this place was all about.

Honestly the dumbest experience I've ever had. Their website says one time, Google says the other , we have shown up when they were supposed to be open and they are closed and the 4th time we went after waiting for 30mins and sat down and they said o sorry the cook won't be here for another 30 mins or so. Waste of time
