I stopped off here to get my Dunkin' order and accidentally forgot a drink to put on my order the manager came over to me showed me the receipt and then he said that he would make me a drink when I noticed my mistake I went up to pay for it and he noticed that I was going to pay for it and said that it's free of charge because I'm such a good customer and that I do stop there quite frequently and he says that it was okay and that is the best customer service I have ever seen they're so friendly there it's like family there I think they're the best Dunkin' Donuts in the whole area

Two females was working one making the food,the other taking orders.the one taking orders was not pleasant,or helpful in taking the order.i ask for my bacon crispy, they said it will be burnt, that's the first time someone in a dunkin told me that.need to be more friendly, and welcoming to customer, we pay your salary and your bills to run that establishment......

I stopped at Dunkin in Ellenburgh NY this morning around 830. Some guy behind the counter was swearing and complaining. I asked the girl behind the counter to talk to a manager.... I was told he was the . manager! I couldn't believe a manager acting so bad with customers in the store, he had no kind of out fit that would show he even worked there. He was very dirty and very unprofessional.I told the girl I was reporting him... I got out to my car he got in the window laughing at me and waving.. I worked with customer care my whole life, never heard anything so upsetting just to get donuts. I will never shop at that store ever again unless he isn't working there.
