Had Jenn's at a wedding before and it was to die for! Stopped by on my way home from pburg today and got some pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes and coleslaw. When I say this food is mind-blowing DELICIOUS, please believe me lol. Priced great as well! Fed my family of 5 and everyone absolutely LOVED it! 😋❤️ I'll definitely be back for more in the future!!

All the food was excellent, the burgers we ordered were delicious and definitely freshly made. The poutine had plenty of gravy and cheese to cover the fries and the portion size was good. Our server was friendly and attentive however she failed to advise that the menu prices had all increased from what was in the printed menus we were given to order from and when she calculated our bill we were charged for each individual item rather than the add on price for a drink and side which was a more cost effective option. I also thought it was a bit chilly in the room to comfortably sit and eat… we wore our coats the entire time we were there.

We crossed the border from Canada to have a taste of authentic smokehouse food. The location is approximately 20 mins from the customs, and some gates closes at 4pm. All the items we ordered was beyond our expectations. We went on a Sunday at 5pm. The service was quick and the staff was very nice. It seems like many items are prepared at the restaurant like cheesesticks and bbq sauce. The portions of the sides were generous and the meat portion too. Prices are bellow the average for a smokehouse. Clean and well maintained restaurant.

Do NOT hire this person to cater an event!! She was so rude to the guest and then bragged about making guests angry saying, oh well. Food was mediocre, definitely not good at all. Spend your money on a different restaurant to cater your event, I’m sure you’ll get someone much classier than this woman

I can’t say enough great things about Jenn & her staff! They did an outstanding job catering our wedding! The food was delicious, they set up everything and put it away and took care of whatever needed! I am very thankful for their expertise in food and planning! Made my wedding day less stressful for sure! Thank you for making my special day one to remember!

Lexis our server was very sweet and attentive. The food was good and very reasonably priced. Our $15 meal for two would've cost $50 in Manhattan.

First time there. 4 booths being occupied only. Each table had problems with their food. We had quesadilla with pulled pork. Hardly no pork mostly cheese and they forgot to put sauce in it. 45 minutes to take order. I can go on-
They need management..won’t go back

Used to live in Charleston, SC so I have high expectations when it comes to barbeque. The pulled pork sandwich with sweet barbecue sauce nailed it! Will be back the next time I'm in the North Country ?

I couldn't believe how much brisket I got on my brisket platter! I am from Utah and we don't have anything like this especially for the price. It is well worth a drive to get here. The waitress was also very friendly. We will definitely be back. Burgers are only 5.99 fixed any way you want. This was the 1/2 lb of brisket. It's 16.99 a lb.

We used Jenn's Smokin Hot for a graduation party, and let me just tell you how spectacular everything was. From the first call to get a quote, right down to the delivery and set up of the food, everything was done with ease and perfection. All of the guests kept commenting how delicious the food was and asking where it was from. We can not say enough good things about our experience with Jenn's. We will definitely continue to support this local North Country business!!

I am not trying to be mean by any means but we sat in the restaurant and ellenburg for the first time ever for 15 minutes and nobody even approached us to be waited on also the last time we tried to stop by the restaurant in ellenburg it was 45 minutes before closing in the restaurant was closed we really want to try the food to see if it's great like everyone says but so far it's bummed out for us

We had scheduled a corporate bbq and the bbq / pig roast company failed to respond after we made a deposit and scheduled a date. Jenn’s came thru in under 24 hrs!!! The bbq mix of brisket, pork, chicken and sausage was absolutely competition grade along with their signature sauces. I’m now a huge fan and will be there anytime I’m in the area.
