Absurdly cheap, good portions, good food, considerably cleaner than expected. I know this place is in upstate NY where property values are low but I honestly have no clue how they keep stuff this good while still being this cheap. Definitely stop by if you need a good quick meal.

For starters I'm not going to degrade or praise this establishment. Nor will I praise or degrade the people that work there or even the food, But As being a formerly employee and seeing the daily preparation of some of these meals, along w/ the communication and effort from some servers I STONGLY agree with ALL of the negative reviews ppl have posted. With that being said, I am not claiming that I know how to run a successful restaurant either, but there are certain things that any business owner, or common Joe would know you do or not do to make a business successful (regardless of what that business is.) You don't talk badly about customers when they are standing in hearing distance, you don't give a customer attitude because YOU ( the restaurant) messed their order up .........THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT REGARDLESS. So along with the rest of my rant and to add to a former review, any business owner also knows first impressions are key to success, and if I am a paying customer and my order gets completely messed up or my food is undercooked to were I have blood dripping from my farm fresh hamburger, I'm definitely not going to consider going back for a free meal of my choosing. My family and I still order from here when we are basically desperate for a fast, quick,cheap meal, but as we eat said order we also contemplate if anything was done to our food due to having bad past experiences. This could be a very very successful establishment if someone who had the time, patience,and understanding of customer satisfaction/ service,first time impressions, and I guess basic business do's and don't's was hired to help make these changes. You can't run a business productively and efficientenly when you are never there. End of rant cause I'm truly nervous of the hate I am going to get for voicing what a majority of those who have eaten hear town are saying behind clothes doors.

Not a very clean establishment. Dirty, sticky floors, the menus were filthy, overall just very run down, duct tape on the seats, ripped table cloths, supplies stacked everywhere, very unappealing interior. From what we could see of the kitchen, it didn't look much better.
Ribs were old, reheated in a microwave, tasteless and mushy. Chicken was dry and flavorless. Coleslaw was just cut up cabbage and vinegar. Fries were ok. The prices are good, the portions are decent, and our server was friendly, but the food is the reason we went, and it's very mediocre. We can do much better at home.

We stopped in with our crew of 6 + 1 after a flag football game and were absolutely blown away! The food was incredible, the service was top notch, and the prices? You truly can’t beat them! We tried a little bit of everything, pulled pork quesadillas, poutine, chicken parm sandwich, burger, and mac & cheese and every single dish was phenomenal. The mac & cheese, in particular, is to die for & the BBQ sauce is on point! Generous portions, amazing flavors, and a price that makes feeding a big family totally doable. Highly recommend, this place is a hidden gem!

Had Jenn's at a wedding before and it was to die for! Stopped by on my way home from pburg today and got some pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes and coleslaw. When I say this food is mind-blowing DELICIOUS, please believe me lol. Priced great as well! Fed my family of 5 and everyone absolutely LOVED it! 😋❤️ I'll definitely be back for more in the future!!

All the food was excellent, the burgers we ordered were delicious and definitely freshly made. The poutine had plenty of gravy and cheese to cover the fries and the portion size was good. Our server was friendly and attentive however she failed to advise that the menu prices had all increased from what was in the printed menus we were given to order from and when she calculated our bill we were charged for each individual item rather than the add on price for a drink and side which was a more cost effective option. I also thought it was a bit chilly in the room to comfortably sit and eat… we wore our coats the entire time we were there.
