Update - since the change in ownership took place. Just pizza of Elma has been great. The food is good, the employees are very friendly. The owner is very nice and easy to speak with. This is my new go to. Thank you for taking over this location. 11/2024 update We order a lot from just pizza. Food is great. But the rewards program needs a little work 2/2025 update Had a few hiccups in the past couple months. But they do try to make it right. Food is still good.

A few weeks ago I ordered pizza and wings. Med wings, and lge pizza onion sausage extra sauce lite cheese. Pizza had regular sauce and cheese. Mistakes happen. Wings were definitely more hot then med. This week I ordered same thing except mild wings. Pizza again didn't have extra sauce which I pointed out to the cashier, she agreed, also reg cheese. She was very polite. When I got home these wings were as hot as the last time. Definitely more like hot. I called to ask if perhaps there was a mistake. The person in charge came on the phone and told me they were mild and blamed corporate for sending them the sauce and there was nothing wrong with them. She then instructed me how to eat them. Dip in blue cheese and if that didn't work add melted butter. Needless to say we're done with them. All she had to say was I'm sorry what can I do to better the situation better. Instead she had a terrible attitude. I hope corporate sees this review

Ordered 3 times- first time, wings which were great. 2nd time, ordered 2 subs, got home and one was a completely different sub than what was ordered. Today ordered the works pizza. Told them peppers only on half. Asks me if I want sweet or hot peppers. I said, it says on the menu, you get both, but I only want them on half. I pick up and it has hot peppers on half, green peppers on the whole thing. When I said something I was told I said sweet on half. Uh, no I said peppers on half which means all peppers should only be on half and why is it my orders keep getting screwed up. Get home and the toppings were barely cooked. Peppers and onions were just about raw and the pepperoni was barely cooked.

Went in just to get a slice of pizza, restaurant was dead, no one at the counter. I rang the bell and said hello, stood at counter for a good three minutes, and no one came and greeted me. Went to Pizza Delizia instead- fast service and better food.

Ordered a super steak sub allegedly having peppers onions spinach and mozzarella cheese instead it was steak with a little bit of lettuce and absolutely no seasoning on it and was totally bland for $16!!! My husband called to complain and they just said Ok! The next day my husband called the manager and she said come in and get another sub! He arrived in the afternoon and they wanted to charge him! The guy said he made the first sub and it was full of all the ingredients!After arguing with this guy they gave him the sub! The second sub was horrible, soggy and not edible!!Dont order subs from this Just Pizza!!

Absolute rudest woman answered the phone when I called to order. She made it seem like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for a pizza. Showed up to pick it up and they couldn't find my order...
to top it off? The food was terrible.
Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered from here 3 times and have never gotten good food or what was ordered! Last night ordered 2 stinger subs and a turkey club sub! Making subs is not rocket science both singers came with an untoasted roll no lettuce or tomatoes just the meat! Turkey club was not turkey it was ham! I will never order from here again!

The pizza was horrible I ordered a chicken sausage and ground beef witch I got meatballs pizza was ordered at 12:50pm wasn’t ready until 1:57pm witch I was late for work because they didn’t check there online orders so it was through together sloppy real fast crust was like cardboard I don’t think I’ll order again no time soon

It was the worst pizza I ever tasted. The crust was over baked and the sauce was not consistent throughout. It was saucy in parts and dry in others. Did not care for the taste. I will not return.
