I took delivery and he told me the pizza and wings would be here within the hour. They made the hour by 8 minutes which I thought was good and the pizza was fantastic. The wings I could have used a little bit more sauce but it was good just the way I wanted it. No complaints and that's why I have got no stars on atmosphere because we weren't there

Not happy ordered LG cheese and pepperoni it was borderline burnt cut into squares when ordering slices also ordered LG sub lots of vegetables one thin layer of meat not worth the price at all

Location has zero management. I came in for a pickup and was told 10 minutes. Go out to my car, come back in after 10 minutes and I'm told another 5. I have never once seen someone actually running the place other than teenagers. I have picked up at least 50 orders for doordash and never once has the food been ready on time. I would recommend ordering from Santora's across the street if you value your time

Waited 40+ minutes for 2 Tacos and fries with a four year old. Had to go up to the counter to inquire for the worker to tell us it's been sitting there like the public is allowed to go in their kitchen to get their own food. No form of customer service either, work taking out order didn't even let us know we could help ourselves to the drinks when we purchased combo meals. Frustrating first visit experience .

Worst experience. They tried to charge me for a pizza I had returned because it was not fully cooked. Then gave me a GC to compensate me for the uncooked pizza as they could no return the charge to my card and when I went to use the GC they never added any funds.

Excellent pizza, wings are super! Very convenient location right in Niagara Produce. Order your food, go shopping, and by the time you're done shopping, your food is ready. People are very friendly and the food is really great.

Highly recommend Just Pizza in Niagara Produce, Elma location! The sesame seed crust is delicious and no other pizzeria makes it as delicious as Just Pizza! The workers are friendly and have made every order perfectly! Other favorites are their stinger pizza and stuffed banana pepper pizza! 🍕

The young ones there are truly a sterling example to young and old how to treat not just customers but people in general. Hats off to Noah, Melina and Derek. Noah makes the best steak hoagie as you request his side kicks are awesome too. I will recommend this Just Pizza to all my friends and we will be back.
