Absolute Gem in the South Towns, which unfortunately is an Asian food desert. The vermicelli bowls are excellent as is the ban xeo. Please, please, please support this restaurant as it is a staple for those of us living in the South Towns that cannot live without Asian food.

Food is incredible. Every ingredient is superb. I am not Gordon Ramsey but I think Gordon wouldn't have one bad word to say. Taste is of the highest quality in my humble opinion. Noodles, spices, veggies, chicken, beef, etc. everything. Legit makes me want to visit Vietnam.

Food 10/10 and service 10/10. Don’t overlook this place. Unbelievably friendly and excellent staff and deliciously fresh food. Our server gave us great recommendations for different pho to try out and the beef fried rice. Spring rolls with the peanut sauce are really good. They even accommodated my mom and made chicken only spring rolls for her, which was thoughtful. I had the seafood pho garnished with jalapeño, lime and bean sprouts and it was great. The prices were a very good value and the portions are generous. Can’t wait to come back to Pho Cali! My family had a really great time here :)

What an incredible restaurant. Great service, great food. The gentlemen who works the front really goes way above and beyond for the customers. Ran my food out to me because I had my kid in the car, amazing service extremely friendly. That guy needs to be the trainer for all of NYS employees on customer service lol he’s great. The only thing was I think they misheard me on the phone and gave me the wrong item — they still don’t lose a star, mistakes happen sometimes. Incredible restaurant, go here.

This, is the most tasty and authentic pho I have ever had in my 10 years of Buffalo living. They stewed the broth for long time and portion is very generous. Even if you live in Rochester, this place is worth visting. The employee is super kind. I will probably come here and spend 10K$ for rest of my life.
