What an incredible restaurant. Great service, great food. The gentlemen who works the front really goes way above and beyond for the customers. Ran my food out to me because I had my kid in the car, amazing service extremely friendly. That guy needs to be the trainer for all of NYS employees on customer service lol he’s great. The only thing was I think they misheard me on the phone and gave me the wrong item — they still don’t lose a star, mistakes happen sometimes. Incredible...

This, is the most tasty and authentic pho I have ever had in my 10 years of Buffalo living. They stewed the broth for long time and portion is very generous. Even if you live in Rochester, this place is worth visting. The employee is super kind. I will probably come here and spend 10K$ for rest of my life.
