I went to a different location and got an iced coffee. The coffee tasted burnt, I went over to this location and asked for more cream and sugar hoping it would taste better and it didn’t. Shawn made me a new coffee on the house.

Go to a different Tim's location if you can. This store has gone downhill. Not sure if it's the staff wages, but they don't seem to care about any level of quality or consistency.

Worst customer service experience ever. I have never had someone be so rude because they gave me the wrong bagel. Not an apology, just a rude woman saying "whatever". Skip this one and move on, I will never return

Arrived at 7:50pm when they are supposed to close at 8pm. Young girl said they were closed and that she was counting the drawer and all coffee was dumped. I was not the only customer that was turned away. I will no longer be going to this location and I go here twice per day. Very bad business.

Definitely took a dive recently. Coffee tastes like they pour water over used coffee grounds. The older lady is professional. The rest of them are miserable. Poor example of customer service

Consistent at being inconsistent. Ask for 3 cream 3 sugar, you’ll at least get 3 cream. But never both. Step your game up team.
This Tim Hortons seems to always take forever in the drive thru, they obviously need to hire more people which is the story of most businesses these days.

This is the worst Tim Hortons you can go to. They are regularly out of food and the employees just stand around. Avoid this place and go anywhere else.

Stopped here on a Sunday (10/09/22) 4 people were working and they closed the walk up window. Went through the drive through and waited 28 minutes. Line wasn’t excessively long, just slow uncaring workers.

They running out of food and supplies, asked for a dozen assorted doughnuts , and i received a box of all glazed . Stupid. Place cant even afford sprinkles and cream filled doughnuts.
