Worst Tim Hortons Experience ever!! Counter staff poorly trained. Took forever for him to take my order. Supervisor walking around playing on her phone instead of helping at the counter. Staff making food were too busy talking to everyone to properly mark my order correctly. Poorly managed. Went there three times and every time it was a major disappointment and a horrible experience!! . Avoid this Tim Hortons and save your Money!!

Inconsistent with taste and quality of coffee and other hot drinks, sometimes cappuccino is watery and nasty and some days its the best cappuccino I ever had

This place absolutely sucks. Should’ve stopped coming before this because of poor service.. but this was the last time because of rude and lazy employees. Came in during a snowstorm and no one else there or in drive thru. The lazy brunette in charge (a Sunday night) kept walking past my kid until they texted me saying I’ve been standing here for over 5 minutes and this girl just keeps walking past me.
I go in and ask are you open since they are waiting to be served and I saw her ignore them while I was walking in. This brunette girl snaps that they were doing dishes and what do they want? Two employees? Super snarky like a tween would act at home. Not at work. I said two people in the back doing dishes and ignoring customers up front? She then takes order with a big attitude (missing half of order) then throws donut on counter at my kid. She’s lucky I didn’t throw it back at her and absolutely flip out.
Then still waiting for rest of order which she didn’t put in she says what are you waiting for and that we didn’t say that while ordering. So rude and unprofessional and definitely made us say we won’t be back. We’ll stick to the EA Tim Horton’s from now on (a million times faster with actual kind people work there) because this place has way too many rude and lazy people. They suck!!

Waiting over 2 weeks for an owner or manager to get back to me after employee spilled hot coffee all over my arm clothes & car via the drive through.

Service is slow. I have been there 3 times over the past year and they forgot to give me a hash-brown twice with my farmers wrap. The chips are greasy as well and the staff can be sassy and passive aggressive. I would rather drive a little further down onto Southwestern to the Tim's by Leo's Pizza.

Writing this from my car. 25. TWENTY FIVE. Minutes to get one cup of coffee and STILL not at the window. No way to escape. Just stuck. Now late to where I need to be. Avoid this location.
It’s a Tim Hortons. Nothing special. My only gripe is you cannot see how many people are in the drive-through lane until you’re actually in it. Then you can’t get out. I waited 17 minutes just for a large coffee.

This place genuinely used to be great. I just waited 7 minutes for two burnt bagels. They've forgotten my turkey on my turkey club and the coffee you just don't know if it's gonna be good. I was so pissed about those bagels I went to the one down the street. Don't waste your time with this place.Edit
Since then I got a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee then the manager confronted me on my horrible review oh no. No I am not eating this spit covered bagel with the way you looked at me sorry just don't trust it coffee came out pretty damn fast tho
