Writing this from my car. 25. TWENTY FIVE. Minutes to get one cup of coffee and STILL not at the window. No way to escape. Just stuck. Now late to where I need to be. Avoid this location.

It’s a Tim Hortons. Nothing special. My only gripe is you cannot see how many people are in the drive-through lane until you’re actually in it. Then you can’t get out. I waited 17 minutes just for a large coffee.

This place genuinely used to be great. I just waited 7 minutes for two burnt bagels. They've forgotten my turkey on my turkey club and the coffee you just don't know if it's gonna be good. I was so pissed about those bagels I went to the one down the street. Don't waste your time with this place.Edit Since then I got a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee then the manager confronted me on my horrible review oh no. No I am not eating this spit covered bagel with the way you looked at me sorry just don't trust it coffee came out pretty damn fast tho

Nasty, rude, inappropriate, antagonistic management. Will never return. Will never go to another branch in western NY just in case the same owner has different locations. I’ll suck up Starbucks prices to simply not be antagonizing by the management while purchasing coffee. 0 stars.

This felt like an unusual Tim Hortons experience. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a coconut cream donut and an angel cream. Both donuts were beyond stale. They were inedible - dry and hard. I drove back through the drive-thru and explained that these were really stale and that I would like to buy two different donuts. I asked if they had any fresh coconut cream donuts. They said no. So I asked if the Boston cream were fresh. They said no. I asked if the honey crullers were fresh. They said no. At this point I decided to ask, "What do you have that is fresh?" They replied, "Nothing, really." So we went to a different Tim Hortons location and got fresher donuts. I'm not expecting out-of-the-oven fresh every time, but I at least expect the donuts not to be hard. And I would hope that there would be one option that is fresh. At least the second round of donuts we bought further up the road were better.
If I could give no stars I would The service I received today was something I've never experienced I heard the cashier at the window ask the other employee if she wanted her to throw the ice cap at me. I then called the restaurant and the "manager" was the woman who offered to throw the ice cap at me and then told me she would never say something like that. Super professional

This store is horrible. I order 2 shots of espresso and they give me 2 small cups of dark roast coffee. Do they really think people are stupid? They have been doing this for years. I stopped going but sometimes people get me coffee from there and it's the same. Needs new management ! I can't be the only complaint you get.

Don’t know how to simply stir a coffee. Honestly getting a little ridiculous as they make it seem like it’s a hassle to do a simple task. Pure laziness
