The staff has always been nothing but wonderful at this location. Service received from the staff has always been quick and polite. The only downside for this location comes from the drive-thru curbs. The fact that the entrance to the drive-thru loop has a section of the concrete curb that protrudes into what should be a straight driveway is wild to me.

I ordered a sandwich on the drive thru today that I noticed was incorrect so I pointed it out. Got my sandwich and took a bite only to find a piece of lettuce (not apart of my sandwich) tucked away in the sandwich. When I went back through for a refund, I was treated poorly by the staff. No apology and basically acted like this wasn’t a big deal. Cross contamination is not only unsanitary, but a danger. I won’t go to this location again and if you have food allergies I would avoid.

I would suggest avoiding this location, the staff is always rude. Guaranteed to mess your order up or just not include the items you purchased. Drive down the road to the next tim hortans, thank me later. My dogs don't even like this location, just to sum it up...Stingy-rude-incompident
