I have personally worked here as a waitress and it is amazing, I only left due to the snow and the long drive I had to make. Other than that, the food, atmosphere, and service is a 12/10! (And I’m not just saying that because I have worked there, it’s genuinely AMAZING!) Every night my parents would BEG me to bring food home because of how amazing the food is. This is definitely the top BBQ place to visit in NY, and would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a good, homemade, authentic barbecue restaurant. They have lots of seating options including downstairs, upstairs, and balcony seating! The atmosphere is so well decorated, and also very comfortable. This place has amazing service, and VERY fast food service!
It's one of the best BBQs not only in WNY but maybe the whole east coast . Sorry Carolina.. haha. I've been to TSG many times, and the food is the same every time (Amazing), tender and smoked to perfection. plus, they do have a really good Carolina bbq sauce along with other tasty bbq sauces.

Had takeout and the mac and cheese with smoked turkey was out of this world, staff was great. Very helpful. Especially Olivia who took care of us. Would recommend to anyone who likes barbecue, they smoke all their own meat right on property just driving by makes your mouth water.

After receiving a glowing recommendation from a staff member at the University of Buffalo, my husband and I decided to make a stop at TSG Barbeque on our way south of Buffalo. We were eager to see if it lived up to the hype, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a young lady at the counter, who provided clear instructions on how to place our orders. The atmosphere felt vibrant and welcoming, with 3-4 tables located on the lower level and an additional dining area upstairs, plus a lovely outdoor deck for warmer days.
For our meals, my husband opted for the two-meat combo featuring brisket and turkey, paired with sweet potato fries and macaroni and cheese. I chose the three-meat combo, indulging in smoked turkey, brisket, and ribs, with sides of tater tots and macaroni and cheese.
Now, let's talk about that macaroni and cheese—it was hands down the best I've ever tasted! As someone who prides herself on making a mean mac & cheese, I was shocked to find that TSG’s version surpassed mine by a country mile. The tater tots, though seemingly simple, were surprisingly delightful. They had a flavor that I can't quite pinpoint but converted me into a tater tot fan, at least for that meal. My husband, who usually isn't keen on sweet potato fries, found them to be quite tasty as well. While I would have preferred mashed potatoes with beef gravy (a personal favorite), the deliciousness of our meals made any such preference a moot point.
The staff at TSG Barbeque deserves a special mention. Each young team member we encountered was well-trained and knowledgeable, ready to answer our questions with a smile. Their impeccable service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
What stood out the most was the bustling takeout business on a Thursday night—bags lined up like I’ve never seen before, with a steady line of customers coming in to pick up dinner. This is a true testament to the restaurant's popularity.
