Cute little neighborhood Cafe started by Chef Tristan and his wife thats also dishing out great NY staples with a little twist
We had the chopped cheese and a jerk chicken quesadilla a salute to Chef Tristans roots Jamican Chinese.
The wagyu chopped cheese was something..wow! Ton of flavor and that bread was perfect. Cheesey, savory, buttery ,and that crunch.
This spot is great! a hidden gem in Elmhurst in the middle of Little Thailand Way.
The jerk quesadilla is great but is really spicy. If you like heat get it. They use scoth bonnet peppers.
Go check them out. And let me know if this is the best chopped cheese in NYC .
Big thank you to the staff Sambidha in the kitchen, Kai and Suresh.
Met Tristan the chef and owner and he told me about how her an this wife started the spot. They live in and very active in their neighborhood

The prices are crazy - $11 for a regular milk strawberry matcha latte. And on top of that, it was not drinkable. It tasted as if the strawberry had gone spoiled/sour.
It's cute place for nice breakfast on the go. Ube coconut cloud was so good and creamy pair with a bagel cream cheese Lox, hubby got the witches brew and classic turkey sausage, egg and cheese in a soft roll.

I just went into this coffee shop and absolutely loved it! The cashier/barista had such a sweet, calming energy her vibe was everything. Even though the place was packed (as it should be, because the coffee is that good), they were super efficient and made the best Earl Grey latte I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

I tried the ube latte, a bit skeptical at first walking in ONLY BC i’m picky about my drinks but i’m glad i ordered it because it actually was soooo good. It didn’t have as much coffee in it but i preferred it that way anyways , my mom ordered a pumpkin spice latte and my dog got a pup cup lol. Overall all the drinks were super good and the service was super friendly :) I’ll def be back soon ( ps they had outdoor seating)

Wanted to get their avocado toast but at 4pm, kitchen was already closed! Wondering why so early when they close at 6pm. Too bad.
Tried their Ube coconut cloud, iced (addtl $1) so around $9, kind of pricey. I did enjoy it- like a thin milkshake consistency; and the cloud was the best part for me.
Caffe latte was ok.
Staff was nice although made an error when charging us, good thing my husband was paying attention (more than I was), and was corrected.
Small area indoors, nice and clean decor. Some seating indoors by the window, and outdoors - covered with umbrella.
No restroom.
Street parking - metered and around the residential areas.

Tried the ube latte with coconut cloud and it was SO GOOD. I’m still thinking about it.
I also appreciated that one of the workers let me try a sample of the ube milk.

The ube latte with coconut cloud foam is a must have and a very unique drink. Also tried their jerk chicken quesadilla and chopped cheese you won't regret it. It was my first time at the restaurant. I didn't know the kitchen closes at 4. So I went there a bit late and they still took my order. Everyone was very friendly. My work place is right down the block so I will definitely go back.

It is a very tight space which would be fine but the workers aren’t mindful of this. The cash register is hidden behind a bunch of menus, a refrigerator and a garbage can that blocks access. The person behind the register seemed to be busy with a couple of things and simultaneously tried to take my order. She said something once which I was unsure of if it was meant for me or her for worker. She said “hi” again but seemed annoyed that it took time for me to respond / start giving my order. It was very confusing and I was putting in extra effort to pay attention. The person who made the latte seemed friendlier but also rushing. The lattes are overpriced for the area and don’t taste as great as the price. Haven’t tried the food but from pictures seems alright. Might give it another shot to accredit the service to inexperienced first time business owners.
