Worst place to order food. The delivery guy starts asking for a tip and when you don't give him. He calls you names in his language. The last time i requested pizza to be delivered at 12 pm, I got it at 2:30pm. I requested my money back and they refuse to give me back my money. When you call the store, they never pick up and when they do, they be disrespectful.
They lucky that they got one star because i wouldn't give them no stars.

Yesterday They tried to scheme an extra $25 cash off of an already paid order by bringing the receipt of the canceled order which was a cash only order but i canceled that due to my inability to pay cash anyways so they went all this way for it to go nowhere. The following day which is today they tried calling me which i already knew would of gone nowhere. Additionally i tried placing 2 uber eats orders which was likely ignored by them since even up to the 15 mins before delivery time the order was not marked as preparing order which i canceled for no fee. Do not order from them but if you do no cash orders to avoid possible mistakes.

The first time going there (a weekday around 7:30pm) was a pretty bad experience. One of the workers asked me what I wanted to order while still busy making other orders like 20 ft away, and since it was noisy, I had to shout my order. Only for him to actually ask again once he got to the register to make sure he heard it right. The second half of my order ended up being wrong anyways since I said a pepperoni-stuffed cheesy bread, and once I opened the boxes, and then checked my receipt, it was actually a personal pepperoni pizza from the beginning. That time, the store also seemed busy mainly with delivery orders, so had to wait around 20 mins I think for this botched order. My second time going there was better than I expected, since I ordered pickup, the store wasn’t busy (a sunday around 11:30am), and my order was ready by the time i got there in around 10 mins (also a completely different staff member so didn’t get that much of a negative flashback). That order was that pepperoni-stuffed cheesy bread I missed out on earlier. Tasted good but very greasy so Dominos isn’t the place for fresh food.

Massive drop in quality as of 12/2024. Even store bought frozen pizzas taste slightly better than most of the offerings on the menu.
If you want to have good Domino's pizza then you have to spend extra on sauce, cheese, pepperoni and any types of meat you choose. And the coupons don't cover the extras. So at the end if a pizza is $9.99 with coupon then you'd have to spend extra $7+ to not taste the cardboard 😭
It wasn't always like this. They used to taste good with default choices. Not anymore.

Mohammed was in on Saturday and told me that because the number on my application was wrong it’ll take another 20-25 minutes which I was okay with but when 20-25 minutes passed I called back and asked how long , he starts screaming and accusing me of giving the wrong number verbally. I asked to cancel my order and however, my order was NOT cancelled. This location is disgusting , the workers are all for the most part disgusting and I will DEFINITELY take this to further measures being that these uneducated people are doing customer service and NOT servicing. It is unacceptable how we spend our money and get treated with ZERO customer service or decency.
