Delivery boy sadiqur was extremely rude as he initially refused to get off his scooter to complete the delivery to my door as I was underdressed for the cold weather. This has never happened before & I’d take back my tip if I didn’t tip though the app.

I would not normally post, but the situation has gone beyond ridiculous. Gone downhill. Not sure if they're relying on sketchy uber accounts, but the quality this year has severely gone down from last year. Last three pizza deliveries were horrible. Last order, half of the pepperonis were gone/plucked off the pizza! Ho does that happen??

My father ordered a steak sandwich last night and it came burnt to a crisp. When he complained to the manager about it , he gave him the third degree trying to insinuate he is the one who burnt the sandwich. He had to go back and fourth with him for 10-15 minutes via phone before they agreed to give him a new sandwich. Burnt food. Bad customer service.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWNThe delivery guy Selim refused to delivery the food because he claimed he would get a $150 parking ticket, which was not true at all since delivery vehicles get a pass DAILY on these kind of things, at least in this neighborhood. He called me to complain about a 30% tip and told me to come to the lobby to retrieve my food. I couldn't oblige at the moment and buzzing him in would only take all of 2 minutes to deliver my food. Instead, he was rude and obnoxious. I told him I would speak with corporate instead and didn't receive my food. This also happened on June 9th 2023 and another delivery guy did the same thing but left the pizza outside on the floor. This location is AWFUL and it sucks because you want to support local businesses and order something quick when you're injured/sick and they make what should be an easy interaction, a living hell..... for cheap pizza. No thank you.

It was terrible service we were supposed to get the pizzas at 1:44 but they got it at 3:00 when we live like 5 min away from the pizza shop and now their so cold and the delivery boy was cursing at us even though it’s their fault

THE CORONA AVE LOCATION IS RUN AND OVERSEEN BY THIEVES OR INCOMPETENTS.This restaurant accepted a delivery order, then refused to make the delivery. The manager on duty told me she could not reverse the credit card charge. I've managed restaurants for 30 years and have never even heard of a MOD not having the ability to do this. This manager also was rude over the phone and hung up on me repeatedly. She clearly lied about having what she called a "New York Policy" forbidding drivers from leaving their cars, because the driver told me he couldn't deliver as he was unable to find parking. Finally the MOD told me to contact the GM two days later, which I did. He told me that he cannot reverse the charge but would contact his supervisor. Again, my three decades managing restaurants makes this seem unlikely but maybe Domino's just doesn't trust their front-line staff. The GM told me that charge reversals take around 2 days to process. Six days later the charge has not been reversed. Clearly they intend to steal my money. I suppose I'll have to dispute the charge with my CC issuer.I reached out to corporate the day after this started and have yet to hear back from them. They must be fine with this.
