I live around the block and this is my local Dunkin Donuts. I always feel unwelcome because I have a service animal. He is trained, clean and better behaved than most humans. Today, I went in and was treated extremely rudely by a woman who said “sorry we don’t accept pets”. She has seen me many times and knows that he is a service animal unless she has the worst memory ever. Anyway I told her he is a service animal. She asked for ID which by the way isn’t a “thing” if you know the law, but for ignorant people like her I carry one with photo of my dog. She then says. Ma’am that ID doesn’t have a picture. Meanwhile the picture is clear as day right on there. She was extremely rude and unwelcoming to the point of harassment. Again, photos and ID are not an actual thing. Not required by law if you understand the federal law and if you work in a restaurant you should definitely know this. There are other ways to know if an animal is a real service animal. Not by ID. Please educate yourself about the law and be kind to people with service animals.

I enjoyed the way the food was served but I also noticed how the manager treats the employees while i was enjoying my food. And I am concerned?. I'm pretty sure her name is Mahmooda and she treats everyone so poorly and harshly I saw how the employees faces switched up real quick and as an employee she did not deserve that. Someone really needs to check up w the managing system it's always not employees in the wrong. As a costumer I think it's reasonable to check up with the manager because this isn't the first time I came across this, I'm sure this is a daily ongoing thing.

Worst experience .first gave the wrong item Instead of 2 warm blueberries muffins I got 2 hard old chocolate chips muffins . Monday free Medium coffee was not included .I had to order again a Sasmee toasted bagel for free coffee . My bagel was taken by someone else But I was given a new bagel but plain not sasmee. Made a complaint to DD .the lady standing next to me also complained that she ordered one croissant and coffee but was charged for 2 croissants ( manager gave her money back )

Everytime I go they make my drinks wrong lol asked for a turtle ice latte got a latte with a bunch of caramel at the bottom. I ordered a frozen chocolate key word frozen it was just chocolate powder in ice cups. Ordered on the app and they didn’t even know my order had to show them my order on the app. Overall just would not recommend

Today, I bought a matcha latte and ice cream with cone, and the matcha powder didn't melt at all, I took a sip and the matcha powder came up at the bottom, I told the waitress, she took it away, stirred it in the ladle and gave it to me, the point is, I drank it, and she didn't wash the ladle and put it back in place, the next guest will eat my saliva, it's not hygienic! She stirred again but did not melt, I asked her to make a new one, first put the powder shake and then put the coconut milk, her order was wrong, put ice cubes and coconut milk, then put the matcha powder, can not melt the powder at all, only the spoon stirred, no shake, Ice cream is not safe on a cone, walked out the door fell out, the child was very unhappy!
