I went here this afternoon to get the two dollar medium iced latte specials the old man with the glasses advised me eggnog flavor and cinnamon flavor I’m not a part of the special how can that be every other Dunkin’ Donuts offers it! I had a sip peel win coupon for a $2 espresso drink. I told the person at the counter that I want a medium macchiato. He then insisted on a latte and deliberately lied pointing at the coupon that it is only good for latte. I told him NO, because there are four options for espresso drink. He agreed finally and went on to make my drink, it was a one man show. I specified for the medium macchiato to have 2 caramel swirl which is the usual drink that I get from other Dunkin place...read full review
I dont always write reviews but Syed was way to nice and quick doing his job. I dont know why he was working alone but he took care a long line of about 15 people with a smile. Taking the orders and making the drinks alone. Love my coffee by the way ?. See you next time. Thanks again
