horrible service. placed a online order, the lady was too busy doing her brows in the bathroom front of the mirror. Had the audacity to come out knowing i’m waiting for something but went back to the bathroom to do her eyebrows. until a family came in and took their orders first. waited 15 minutes!!! for my drink after taking a family and another customer. just letting you know i ordered 10 minutes beforehand. the place was dirty paper all over the floor.

Good morning I was really disappointed and annoyed with their poor customer service. They decided to close the cashier in the afternoon around 2 PM when there’s a whole line waiting to order. There’s people waiting for the order and it’s there’s no one making the order because one of the two people is on their phone and the other one is busy counting the money. Please Dunkin do something about this because this needs to change and it starts with the management.

My chicken wrap was cold in middle part and not heated at all right temperature. Unacceptable 🤮. Also messed up my drink put caramel drizzle instead of chocolate and continued to put chocolate on top of the caramel that they had put by mistake. Horrible experience

I came here around 7pm on January 8, the Dunkin worker was raising her voice at the Uber eats driver. The Uber eats driver speak no English and she refused to give him the food because it was “too much” and it didn’t fit in his Uber eats bag. I was like just give him the food because it is her job to give him the food as a worker but she refused and she was raising her voice to the guy. I was waiting 10 minutes to order and she finally took my order and she was talking to me in a rude way and she had an attitude towards me, I did not let myself. Do not come to this place. I hope they fire this person and hire people with good knowledge and who had a good attitude and knows how to fix problems.

Don't order online here. They don't update the inventory so when you place and order and pay, they wait till you get to the store to say it's unavailable. They try and bargain with other items but when you ask for a refund they refuse and have you go through the online app, no issue accepting the money though.

I would rather pay for a expensive 10 dollar coffee at Starbucks than go to this DISGUSTING Dunkin’ Donuts, the place is so UNSANITARY, there’s flies and cockroaches everywhere and the cashier is sick but still works sneezing all over the place and they made my simple order wrong

I am a Uber Driver woman this place, not give to me restroom to use but this guys Using Lyft and Uber
We are all employee and have to support each other. These guys give to use restrooms. Only if you buy coffee other side not help you. It’s very bad and sad situation.
