Good fast service and nice people but very bland coffee, I knocked down one star because there was not enough caffeine in my coffee, sorry, it must be a corporate thing... if I was you working there, I would disobey those corporate wigs and add the proper shots of espresso required on a good latte, just saying...

The slowest dunkin donuts I've ever been to. One worker during busy hours who is constantly on her phone and speaking out loud while on speaker phone and customers are waiting on line. I had no patience and had to just walk out because I was waiting online for 10 min. Meanwhile I was the next to order. In today's world speed is more important than anything. The worst dunkin donuts I ever been to. Never going again

DO NOT COME HERE!! Second time coming here, thinking it might be better than the first time but nope. It was the exact same horrible service! They are so slow and d**** They always mess up taking orders and don’t even give you your right order! And their coffee is extremely bad. Unprofessional behavior also!

My morning mostly started wid their coffee and I must say that the service is exceptional. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. However, I have consistently been let down by the quality of their cappuccino. Each time I order one, it tastes more like hot water than a properly brewed cappuccino. I appreciate the effort put into the service, but I hope they should work on improving the taste and consistency of their cappuccinos.

I ordered a maple syrup breakfast sandwich and it was so bad bro like the cheese wasn’t even melted and it was so squished. It was still edible lowkey, but it could’ve been better.

They scanned my rewards two times for munchkins for my two little kids. But didn’t give me the munchkins.I am tried to argue this little things but they took away 150 point rewards from two little kids and still keep saying. We are not charging you anything.Such a shameful DD.
I ordered thru online and when I went for pick up they don’t have drinks it seems neither refund.

The coffee is good, but I don’t understand why the same exact coffee I buy elsewhere is an extra dollar here. I will not be returning.Edit: tried it again. $6.30 for a medium iced latte that costs $5.30 at other Dunkin’ locations. It’s more expensive than Starbucks at this point. I don’t understand why they’re adding a $2 surcharge for almond milk?
