Very bad service. The lady doesn't know how to speak English, you can't understand anything she says. They are desperate for you to tell her what you want, but you can't even buy anything. I don't feel satisfied at all with my service today, July 4th at 4:30 pm. When I was waiting for the order, they make it poorly. The coffees and everything that you understand is paid for, are not free. Mmm

Literally just walked in to the store, I know the cashier for a long time. Didn’t even ask what I wanted to order and she started to ask me personal questions. Excuse me? Something needs to be done about this. Anyways, food was great.

Ordered $6 meal deal.
Deal sounds good but when I got home. No hash browns No bacon in sandwich. Place always have different incompetent employees.
They take too many mobile orders. Everyone ends up waiting. The workers are kind. But I left and came back because I didn't want to wait for 20 minutes for coffee

This Dunkin' isn’t the cleanest, but it has a nice vibe and plenty of space, which is a refreshing change compared to the cramped locations in Manhattan.
They wanted me to use the order screen if I wanted to pay by credit card. But every time I’ve used it they’ve gotten my order wrong. So I wanted them to take my order by hand. Because of that I had to use cash which luckily I had. I don’t like using those screens to take my order.
