I have to start off by saying I am not a picky eater or too judgmental with food. So I have to say, this place has disappointed me MULTIPLE TIMES. Giving it 3 stars is already being very generous. Every time I came, it has always been with family and I have been here 5 times total. First time was when it was fairly new. The place looked really nice and extremely spacious. We were seated upstairs in a dark-ish area. The waiters and waitresses were super attentive. And I mean, SUPER attentive. As we were eating, a waitress just always seemed to be there, hovering over us as we were eating. My family and I felt so extremely uncomfortable and we couldn't eat in peace. We also smelled cigarettes every so often while we were eating. No idea where it was coming from but it was not pleasant. However, I will have to say, the food was good. Second, third time and fourth time I came, you would think my family and I learned our lesson by then to not come but we still did, giving this restaurant multiple chances. One of those days was on Mother's Day. Thinking my family and I would finally be able to enjoy the food without any issues, they happened to have something going on and our food took five-ever to come. There wasn't a lot of people at the restaurant so we couldn't figure out why the food was taking forever to come. Everyone was frustrated and hungry because they came out with our dishes approximately 30 mins one after another. Normally, restaurants would be quite quick and we would have most of the dishes we ordered to come out one after another. And normally, people would be in restaurants eating for 1 hour and chatting for 1-2 hours after but no, we were there for 3 hours literally WAITING for the food. No one was even chatting because we were all hangry. It was super disappointing. The fifth time was a lot better. We booked a karaoke room that was away from any cigarette smells and the food came out quicker than previous tim I'm still very hesitant with coming back here but it is definitely not a place I would first think of to come to eat Chinese food. I will not lie, the food is yummy, but not worth the multiple unsatisfying encounters. I've attached a couple of photos that show the deliciousness of the food.

Had my grandfather's birthday/family gathering at this restaurant and we booked what they called a private area. Maybe it was an off night for the staff and restaurant in general, but we were the first patrons to arrive (around 6pm on a Sunday) and it seemed like the restaurant wasn't even ready to be open. It was a very humid day and the AC never seemed to kick in throughout the night and after numerous request to the waiter about the heat....he brings out one little fan for the three large tables of 30+ people. The decor itself was interesting to say the least. It seemed like it used to be some sort of lounge/club with disco balls on the ceiling and this big ol' bar with the counter stacked with bottles and glassware. Previous pics look like it used to be a sushi bar where the current bar is? Our private area was actually right above the bar, overlooking the first floor of the restaurant...felt like the VIP area at a club where they overlook the other non-important party goers. Food was mediocre and some bowls/dishes were not very well cleaned and didn't seem consistent at all....at one point we got served with an East Buffet dish. The cleanliness of the place needs a lot of work, especially the bathroom. It was very slippery and had an odor to it once you walk close to the vicinity of the bathrooms. Like I said, maybe it was an off night for the place but it definitely didn't bode well with me or my family. Maybe some day I'll give it another go whenever I'm around the area.

Today they made Us so happy, we ordered Lobster scallion, BBQ short ribs, shrimp Garlic all these 3 dishes made My day. So happy we stoped here since our last visit was 2'years ago when they just opened . Best shrimp and best Short Ribs. All they need is more employees with little knowledge of food will make much easier

This is probably my moms favorite event venue now .... they served good food and the waiters are always very nice they also help you with your own event decorating the place .... we will surely make a reservation next month me and my family loved it

We make advance reservations with down payment for the set menu waited over 1 1/2 hour for the food to come. Small kitchen, I would understand if I just drop in with 14 people and would take a long time to cook but we make advance notice with a down payment that's no excuse. Food is average

A new (opened this year) typical Cantonese style restaurant that is spacious, open with high ceiling. Interesting layout looks like it used to be a night club. The store front of the restaurant is still under renovation. I saw the tanks set up, maybe it is for fresh seafood (retail?) Food is really decent here with reasonable price. 6 of us ordered stir fried conch w/ stuffed fried tofu, half chicken, Cantonese style Dungeness crab, steamed whole fish, garlic shrimps, salt and pepper pork, 2 different kinds of greens, chicken and salty fish fried rice. Everything was delicious and nicely cooked. With all those food the bill comes out only $220 before tips. Only downside is the location, not easy to get to unless you drive, but there is only street parking.

Some of the food were decent and some were obviously old, but not the best i have ever had Service: this restaurant was by far the worst restaurant in terms of service i've ever experienced. Me and my family sat upstairs, took over 30 min to and hour for a waiter to get us our drinks and waited another hour for our food to come out. In total we waited nearly 1 1/2 to 2 hours before we can start eating. Waiters only came up when they had to bring our food up to the table, not once have any of the waiters came up to see if we needed anything or refill our tea. None of the waiters cleared our tables when the dishes were finished, we had to do it ourselves! There was literally a bin and table of supplies ( napkins, utensils, toothpicks) behind us that we had to grab ourselves. Note: we got to the restaurant at 7:30pm and didn't leave till 11pm because no one decided to check up on us until there were only 2 tables left in the whole restaurant. The table the was next to us finished eating and left around 8pm and at 10:30pm a waiter came up to clean up the table next to us. That level of service is just complete trash in my books... i do not recommend this restaurant to anyone until they get better or more staffing to accommodate the 2 separate 2nd floors they have because the service i had today was horrific. Never had i had to go to a restaurant and literally self clean the table and basically self serve my table

This was place was okay for Chinese food but they did not have the sushi they advertised. There was the lack of fresh seafood in the tanks. It was disappointing. They made you wait ever so long from ordering till the first dish arrived. Hope this place picks.
This place is off the hook! Attended a party with a lazy Susan in the center of table ! What a treat! Each dish came out hot perfectly presented and with excellent fresh taste. Service impeccable extraordinary! Will return for dinner with family and cater my next party from here!!

I've come here for dinner with family and friends on a few occasions and always had an amazing time! It's a must try restaurant for everything! Great seafood, good atmosphere and of course friendly staff. Fantastic meal for the price, portion and quality. The restaurant is big size and well decorated. They have mezzanine floor sitting place which is good for family gathering and large private parties. Will definitely return again really soon! Recommended for small and large parties.

This is the second time I have come here with a large group of people celebrating a birthday. The service is horrible. One of the waitresses told us "later" when we asked for water. I saw this same waitress pour the leftover tea from a neighboring table onto the table and used that as a way to clean the table. The service is way too slow and unorganized. The venue is beautiful but what a shame that, that's all they have to offer. The food itself isn't amazing. I advise you not to come here. Not worth your time and money. You can get better food and service from the Mcdonald's across the street. Please note however, that the only person whom I'd assume could only be either the owner of manager, Albert, is really nice and really tries.
