I recently visited this restaurant on a Monday afternoon and was the only person there for takeout, which already made the space feel even smaller and a bit uninviting. The atmosphere could definitely use some improvement: the lighting was dim and the tables looked worn, which didn’t create the cozy vibe I was hoping for.

One major disappointment was the pricing. The menu online showed lower prices than what I was charged in the restaurant, which left me feeling...

INCREDIBLE. What a gem of a place and credit to the Tibetan community!! Absolutely wonderful service, unlike so many food places in New York I felt genuinely and deeply welcomed here. Food was unique and delicious, and prices were affordable without compromising on the heartiness of the meal and wholeness of the experience. Would DEFINITELY come here again!!!

I get sha baklep from here every other week. Of all the Tibetan restaurants in Queens, this is the best sha baklep. The rest of the food is great too, like the blood sausage and chicken chili.
