Food was good like usual. Unfortunately service wasn't so great. Order to the mobile app. Got there, and waited over eight minutes before anyone paid any attention to me. Even though there was nobody else in front of me. Then, when I give him my order number. My food was just sitting out there the entire time getting cold. Plus they got my order wrong I waited for no reason. Besides the fact that they were too busy conversing instead of taking care of customers.

It was an okay experience. The customer service is just okay, no smiles at all, probably due to the economy. The food is a bit expensive, but that is my personal opinion.

The only reason I put a 3 star is because of Kiara she was friendly and was working the front line. But the service needs to improve, they should have someone in the front welcoming the guest, be more friendly I get it, it's late at night and some employees might be tired. the manager should lead by example if no one is at the front pos they should let customers know it's close and order at the kiosk. Thanknyou for all that you do!
