First time going there with my mother, the food was good but the service was terrible, we had this lady helping us supposedly with the new self ordering system and she was very rude, she was mad at the world, we had two questions and she answered them with bad attitude, so bad I had to talk to the Supervisor, y also witnessed how rude she was with an old man buying a cup of hot water. Every time I visit this McDonald’s, the cashier is always so sweet and welcoming! She greets everyone with a smile and makes ordering such a pleasant experience.
