I would recommend Mrs FieldsI ordered a box of cookies on 11/21/2023.I paid for this order and received an email confirmation with an order #.Delivery date was listed as Dec 7, 2023.I received the pkg on Dec 19 after several calls. What I ordered was no longer available. They replaced the item with a more expensive item at no extra charge.I am very satisfied.

This restaurant pays below minimum wage… “Up to $15/hr”. That would have been unacceptable, even before Covid-inflation of the past few years.

I love them , i dont understand the negative reviews . ALL DESERTS ARE EXPENSIVE NOT JUST MS.FIELDS ! I always spend 10-15$ on cookies because they are warm and fresh . I get about 5 cookies . I dont find it expensive at all . Your paying for quality , ive been coming here for years even when they were in qcm .

Lakita (unsure if I’m spelling her name right) but Lucky for short went above and beyond to help me in a cookie cake I needed right away. She was super sweet and helpful. I had to order all the way from NJ since Mrs.Fields stores aren’t around as much anymore and she made the whole experience less stressful for me. Thank you so much! The cookie cake along with the order of cookies I purchased were d e l i c i o u s!! I’ll definitely make sure to pass by when I’m in the area.

My experience was nothing spectacular and the prices are pretty high as a number of reviews suggest, but at the same time it was a nice treat and I enjoyed the two types of cookies I had. It’s not awful nor great, so it’s not really recommended, but it’s definitely better than most reviews are implying.

Horrible customer service, the lady serving us was so rude and the pretzels were hard as rock and seemed like it was made a day before and was just reheated.
