I grew up getting boxes of prepackaged Mrs. Field's cookies from BJ's Wholesale Club. I loved how soft the cookies were & there was just something special about them. It's been years since I've had a Mrs. Fields cookie & when I looked up where you could buy some I saw that Queens Place had a Mrs. Fields, I think the internet also said Queens Center had some too but when I explored in search, there was none at Queens Center. A few months later I had an errand to run at Queens Place & was excited to note that there is indeed a Mrs. Fields counter at this location. It's located not far from the mall entrance, right in front of the elevators. I was only planning on buying one cookie to satisfy my nostalgia, I believe one cookie is $2.25. It turns out they only take card for orders of $3 or more. While I stood there debating if I should whip out cash, the cashier pointed out to me it was buy 3 cookies get one free for $6.75. I wasn't keen on eating too many sweets at the moment but caved because deep inside I'm a cookie monster. My order comprised of 3 milk chocolate chip cookies & 1 semisweet chocolate chip cookie. They came in a paper bag & when I asked if there were any bags with handles available the answer was no. Lugging my wares home, I laid the cookies out to try. Disappointingly the cookies were rock hard & way too sweet. Trying to revive the memory of soft cookies, I popped the cookies into the microwave for a minute & that seemed to do the trick. The cookies softened considerably, one almost broke apart. The semi sweet chocolate chip cookie was harder than the milk chocolate chip cookies & only slightly less sweet. Even as someone with a sweet tooth I found the cookies overwhelmingly sweet in a bad way. I don't know if the formula has changed in the one or two decades since I used to eat them but it felt expensive for such a mediocre cookie. Very one note in sweetness & no other depth of flavor. I'm a bit sad that the cookie of my childhood no longer exists but at least it was worth a try...

I would recommend Mrs FieldsI ordered a box of cookies on 11/21/2023.I paid for this order and received an email confirmation with an order #.Delivery date was listed as Dec 7, 2023.I received the pkg on Dec 19 after several calls. What I ordered was no longer available. They replaced the item with a more expensive item at no extra charge.I am very satisfied.

This restaurant pays below minimum wage… “Up to $15/hr”. That would have been unacceptable, even before Covid-inflation of the past few years.

I like the Cinnamon Sugar cookies the most, then the White Chocolate Macadamia and then the Chocolate chip. The chocolate chip cookies were just too sweet, but the sugar cookies had more of a full creaminess to them. Six nibblers for $4. Convenient to grab on the way to/from Target.

I love them , i dont understand the negative reviews . ALL DESERTS ARE EXPENSIVE NOT JUST MS.FIELDS ! I always spend 10-15$ on cookies because they are warm and fresh . I get about 5 cookies . I dont find it expensive at all . Your paying for quality , ive been coming here for years even when they were in qcm .

Lakita (unsure if I’m spelling her name right) but Lucky for short went above and beyond to help me in a cookie cake I needed right away. She was super sweet and helpful. I had to order all the way from NJ since Mrs.Fields stores aren’t around as much anymore and she made the whole experience less stressful for me. Thank you so much! The cookie cake along with the order of cookies I purchased were d e l i c i o u s!! I’ll definitely make sure to pass by when I’m in the area.

My experience was nothing spectacular and the prices are pretty high as a number of reviews suggest, but at the same time it was a nice treat and I enjoyed the two types of cookies I had. It’s not awful nor great, so it’s not really recommended, but it’s definitely better than most reviews are implying.
