This place is always my fav pizza place but today I am so disappointed.it’s freezing outside -7 degree Celsius and guy brought the pizza in a hand.they are charging so much at the same time they should be mindful to send it in a hot bag.i was going to give him tips but its not worth giving the tips..I can’t give them even one star..who likes to eat cold pizza in this freezing weather 😡😡😡

I gave a five star for her atmosphere, although truthfully, I’ve never been inside. I know ordering Papa John’s in New York City might sound kind of crazy for somebody who is visiting from out of town, but their consistency is top-notch. It is exactly like the one at home (which I cannot say of the Papa John’s that we ordered from downtown in South Carolina). I’ve ordered twice, the first time, the driver called when he was here and I let him know that both my legs are broken and I cannot walk downstairs. This time, the driver called when he was about five minutes away. I guess he remembered me and he knew that a nurse had to come down to get it. Because he went out of his way to give me that notice, it was the freshest hottest food that I have had in the past month. I called the store because I wanted to modify the tip to give him more money, and they said it was okay, not to worry about it and just to enjoy my pizza. They have a really nice staff. I’m very grateful for them. Stuffed crust pizza with the garlic sauce- 10/10

Ordered from here several times. I stopped ordering from here when the driver changed the order status to delivered when the order was not. I called the store to tell them, they said no the driver was on the way still, I waited a half hour, called again, driver still on the way, waited… called again, the driver pulled up minutes later, it’s not two hours since I placed the order, the delivery man had an attitude, and when I inspected the pizza the seal was already opened and there was clear substance that looked like spit on it. I called the store to say what happened and they wanted to issue me a credit rather than sending out a new order. I asked how can I use the credit on the app, the lady said I would need to call it in, I asked her to just send a new order, she didn’t want to do anything but issue a credit, I told her to just cancel the order all together and issue me a refund. I disputed the payment with my bank because the refund was not issued.

Last night I ordered Papa John’s after many many years ! I ordered a Large Stuffed Crust with half cheese and half pepperoni. When I got their for the pick up , the establishment is so fair, they took off some money because the person who took my order over the phone forgot to give me some kind of discount , so they gave it to me even without me knowing indeed ! As for the Pizza itself.. Papa John is Papa John as they always lived up to their slogan .. better Ingredients, better Pizza indeed ! Will definitely order again in the future to come ! Highly recommended ! God Bless.

Their Pizza had gave me food poisoning. I tried to contact their assistant manager/ Manager. No Answer. Every time I call them to Talk to their Manager Either or the Manager is Busy or is Not Available. That Mexican accent dude that always answers phone is also probably clueless (or acting) Their Pizza will send you to either Hospital or straight to Morgue. Bad Just Bad. Stay away from this place. unless you wanna die. Its my 4th day I am Calling them....
