Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. 2 biscuits and mac and cheese.The sandwich was ok at first but then I noticed that parts of the chicken was just breading. One bite was just the buns and breading.The biscuits didn't taste as good as other times and were a bit salty for some reason.The mac and cheese was very greasy and parts of it looked like it had been sitting out for some time.The service was ok but the food doesn't make me want to go back to this location

They have to be under new management cus something wasn't right. I've been coming to this location since the 2010s, when it first opened. I haven't came here for a couple of months, but today was awful. Chicken was burnt, and not the flavorful Popeyes it usually is. Biscuit was hard and stale, mashed potatoes were off, and I had to pay for sauce. 2 pieces of chicken and fries, not enough for one sauce included? That's rediclious. Then the lady made a comment cus she thought I was indian and said "just pay extra for it, stop giving us Indians a bad name". I'M NOT EVEN INDIAN. She was literally more brown than me with her stupid accent. ??????. I'm going to the one on 103rd from now on.

The quality of popeyes is standard and excellent as always. The only reason that i give the 3 stars was the service and missing items for last 2 order that i ordered from this location.1. Missing 1 chicken sandwich2. I asked for more ketchup then the employee threw ketchup packages to my bag. :(

Disgusting, after one hour of eating. So dirty that I throw up and felt sick, the first time ever I throw up from ingesting any food. Obviously, you can imagine how “clean” they are. Please check food safety. Unbelievable. Still feeling sick right now.

Ok...so I sometimes come to this location for lunch because I work at Elmhurst hospital. However I did not like the way the manager spoke to me on Friday afternoon. They have a sign up that says "sweet and spicy ghost wings" and that's what I ordered. I even pointed to it and said that I wanted 2 separate orders. But when the employee got my order wrong and gave me 1 order of just plain ghost wings and the other order sweet and spicy, I simply told her that was not what I ordered. Instead of the manager apologizing to me because her employee not only got the order wrong, but does not speak English as well), the manager began to raise her voice at me saying "YOU told her you wanted ghost wings! I will change it for you but when you're wrong you should just apologize!"I was appalled, but handled it in a calm way because I don't like to get upset, especially over something so trivial. But I demand respect when and where I spend my money. My whole generation is American and has been here for years, decades and even centuries. I am a proud Black American but time after time I seem to be disrespected! It ends here! Not only am I giving them my business, but I'm giving them my business in my own Country! Be better, do better and never treat your customers like they don't matter because they do. You've been warned people!!!

Today I ordered for pick up but store worker said I won’t get the food if I don’t have an order number because of policy . So I showed them an order number and order details in Grubhub application but she said it should be a full recipe with number and name together and rejected to give me my food.and let me checked my email but I have a problem with my email so I can’t do anything through that email. Cannot showed the receipt they want so I didn’t get a food. I’ve been working in the restaurant for a while this is suck. I showed everything I have but not enough for them thank god

Aforoza was the rudest customer service associate i had ever seen at this location. I always come to this location to order but today she was super disrespectful. She made me wait ten minutes for my mobile order that was already prepared. When there was a mistake with the order and I asked her to replace the item. she yelled OH MY GOD, rolled her eyes and walked away. Another ten minutes later she finally gave me my order corrected. If you can’t handle fast food, find somewhere else :(

DO NOT GO HERE. This is the worst popeyes you can ever go to. The staff, especially the manager, is rude and dismissive. You always have to check your order because they would try to be slick and give you mostly legs and wings when its supposed to be even and mixed.The last time, we ordered food from grubhub for pickup. We came to the store and the manager wont give us the food. We tried giving her the 15 digit order number from grubhub but she says she doesnt care about that and she needs a 2 number order that is nowhere to be found on the order receipt, even the grubhub representative doesnt know what 2 digit number the manager is talking about. We tried giving her our name and even showed the receipt and she just dismissed us. We had to cancel the order even after we waited there for half an hour. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the stress.

The manager is clueless on how to operate pick up orders from food websites. She cannot find my order from grabhub even though I kept showing her my receipt and my order number. She then kept telling me that there's no way I can place an order the day before pick up yada yada yada. Grabhub had to call the store as well coz they couldn't understand why she cannot process the order. So dumb! We wasted our time here. Idk why she got the manager position here.
