So sad, this used to be such a great spot. Unfortunately they’ve went down hill fast. The quality of the food and the taste is not there anymore!! el mejor lugar / the best colombian fast food restaurant 🌭🇨🇴 I’ve been obsessed with Prontitos for YEARS now. El perro hawaiano is my go to order, it is absolutely delicious ! there is another option of perro hawaiano grande (big), the hamburguesa is your typical colombian burger. they’re taste is so unique, & i would always recommend prontito to someone wanting Colombian fast food. I always place my orders through uber eats and I love that they deliver to flushing and that I always receive it fresh, so shout out to the delivery people !

From the reception, poor customer service. They should first of all train their employees. They recommended this place to me for a long time and we went and found it closed. Today we returned to see the place and the welcome was super rude from a man who was inside as soon as we arrived he said make it quick that it is going to close it was 11 pm we assumed that we could eat and he answered that he was singing and talking harshly it is a lack of respect for people who all they want is to enjoy a meal and a good atmosphere how sad that because of bad and rude employees they lose customers who prefer them I will definitely never recommend this place
