I like Red Lobster and I usually go to Carl's place location but the one I visited with my family in Elmhurst, on Queens Blvd was terrible and left a bad impression on all of us. It took them over an hour to bring out the food and I wish they didn't because it wasn't fresh and terrible. The dishes were very small, like they had no food left in the kitchen. We spent over $200 and had to leave early with most of the food still on the table. It was a ripoff and shameful for Red Lobster to care about just making money rather than their reputation. I felt bad for the waitress, but we tipped her anyway. My kids were upset and swore not to go to Red Lobster again.

While my family did dine in (and say they had a good time there), when they ordered take out for me, they got my order wrong as they gave us a Surf 'n' Turf to go without the Surf (aka, they didn't give us the lobster). This place is worth it for dining in but do check your orders before you leave. 5 stars if not for that mistake, but I give it a 2 because of it

Waited one hour to be seated, 25 minutes to get a server, another 25 to get our order taken. We got our bread served on paper bag. Our drinks never came out so we had to request water. A few minutes later we got our “hot” drinks. Last, we spend over an hour waiting for food and got served garlic bread 4 times. Choose wisely! The waiter was a nice kid but clearly inexperienced.

Always a hit in my book! Went for lunch, not too busy so we were seated and served right away. Waiter was nice and on top of bringing the biscuits!!

I ordered the shrimp combo with 2 sides. The waitress mistakenly forgot to give me the broccoli . However, the service was okay, considering that it was extremely busy on Friday evening. The ambiance was good. This restaurant is located inside the Queens Place, which is close to Queens Center Mall. It is best to go as early as 5pm.

I am highly disappointed. The mashed potatoes must have been frozen because they were still cold also there wasn't focus on the presentation. I ate my meal and never received my lobster until finally I asked about it. Poor attention to detail. And to food was mediocre.
Well can't recall the last time I went to a red lobster? We had some shopping to do & this was just the easiest option. Came in put our names down & were texted in about 15 minutes, once seated we got some drinks I got the Tito's Strawberry lemonade not bad , hubby had the Long Island iced tea it was good. Appetizers started w the cheddar biscuits, I don't know why but man they are delicious, nice & hot , buttery & garlic tasting just as good as I remember! We also tried the Crab stuffed Shrimp rangoon this was very good. Main dish we had the create your own tried the Shrimp scampi , 7oz filet mignon also comes w 2 sides had the Caesar salad & broccoli I must say the shrimp scampi was delicious great tasting sauce good amount of shrimp the filet mignon was good as well meat was cooked well. Hubby had the Lobster tail, filet mignon w orzo rice & green salad also the Grilled shrimp skewer. He liked the lobster tail, good steak & very good grilled shrimp skewer. On the sizes both salads were good, decent broccoli & good rice. Decent size location, Service was very good part of my 4 start rating our waitress was so nice & attentive the other reason is the cheddar biscuits they are delicious! Everything we tried was good, price wise pricier than I remember but doable we had an enjoyable meal.

The strangest dining experience of my life. How do I begin? For starters this place was dead empty. like a proper ghost town. for a moment my husband and I thought we had stumbled into a mirage inside the Queens mall. we waited for 5 minutes before someone came up and said it would be 5 minutes before we got a table. totally fine with us. after 15 minutes of waiting we got a table and ordered everything in one go: drinks, apps, and main courses. it was 5:30 and we wanted to make it an early night. after our apps come out, the waitress lets us know the bartender was MIA and drinks would be out shortly. again, nbd. my husband got a surf and turf and I got the world's butteriest shrimp. truly a disaster for my insides. the only catch? the lobster my husband ordered never arrived. we thought maybe we forgot to actually order the lobster and he quietly ate his steak. Our drinks did show up eventually; that is after we had finished our food. then we got the check and we're charged $53 for the surf and turf. we ask the waiter if we can be refunded for at least the lobster part of dinner. she says she's gotta check with the manager. when she comes back she informs us that because it's a promotion, they can't honor any refunds. but the manager did say we could, and I quote, "get some shrimp to take home." We were there for over TWO HOURS. I'm giving this place two stars because the waitress was sweet and obviously stressed but this was the strangest dining experience I've ever had. truly a night I willnever forget

Was here about a few months ago. Service was extremely slow, the staff was hanging out and talking instead of handling orders. We heard a lot of yelling in the kitchen. The food took forever to arrive and was overcooked. Then a fist fight almost happened between a customer and one if the staff. The entire restaurant was rattled up like a zoo!
