I was at that location on 9-8-24 with my 9-year-old child and he ordered chocolate with Oreo ice cream and the product was sour, my child didn't eat it, obviously it was bad and I told them and they didn't give me my money back, but no. I told them nothing and I already filed a complaint with both the health department and the city.
