This is my part of celebration of Halloween 2023. This review is for Pins House, nearby this store. I love her pins she sold to me on this Halloween Day. I also just bought her to try to be a friend with her. Also another reason, no offense but to be super honest from my heart, her face looks like M3gan to me and her voice sounds like she is one of Megan sister, to me, as I watched the movie and the follow-up YouTube videos posted by many YouTubers. I just want to say I am a diehard of M3gan since last October 13, 2023 after I watched many YouTube videos containing Megan inside. In short, I love her hairstyle, especially for this typical horror day.And for here Starbucks, it is very convenient to have a drink here; and love the Pumpkin Iced Chai Latte.

Worst customer service the girl took all my money charged me more for donut n bites and didn't give me my donut and coffee she walked away n when I asked the guy he hate the coffee to the lady who came after me 2 coffee n then took another n kept me waiting instead of finishing my order They are so unprofessional and racist they saw me a different race n delayed my order all were there the girl was walking around without giving me ny order and charged my card. They all are the worst team charging money n not giving our order. Steelers n lazy customer service ppl stay away from this store don't go

The worst costumer service I’ve ever had, I come to the mall on my days off. 3 days a week…I come to this malls since a moved to this area 7 years ago. But it’s a year dealing with this horrible customer service.lazy employees, they never give me what i ask for, they always give me wrong drinks, bad attitude, drinks take much longer than normal, even though there are no people in line. Horrible I give up this place, I will never return. unless there is the staff from 5 years ago.

The worst Starbucks ever I've been to. We were waiting 30 mins. for two Frapuccino's. There were six people behind the counter, and everyone was making the most easiest drinks, and they made us wait. Then they had the nerve to ask us if we wanted a refund after 35 minutes when we complained.

I come to Starbucks everyday and unfortunately every time I’ve ordered and this associate has been working that day. She’s been nothing but rude her name is vianna and it discourages me to want to order at this establishment. It’s been such an issue to purchase that sadly I have to ask for her name.. Instead of leaving satisfied I’m leaving upset not happy with my order. The way that she talks to customers and employees is not professional at all. I know when I see her I won’t be ordering anything, hope others have a better experience.

There's always tons of people here whenever I pass by as it's in a prime spot at the mall. I did sense some passive-aggressive tendencies by the employees towards the customers. They made some snide remarks, which I heard. At least make comments when the customers aren't around. I went to use my reward stars, and the person at the register didn't really help me out. I had to go to another Starbucks, and they were more helpful. Please train your employees to be more customer oriented and be more efficient!

Every staff that took my order are really nice and the drinks are AMAZING. The baristas follow instructions on customizing drinks when I request for it and actually know how to make drinks that taste 10/10. I went to the Starbucks in target the other day because I wasn’t feeling like coming into the mall, and those baristas are unfriendly, make drinks that are all ice, have no common knowledge, and are unprofessional. Terrible experience there and will always come into the mall for this Starbucks from now on. To anyone who wants to enjoy a nice drink, I recommend you come here instead of the one in target.

I asked for cappuccino with 1 sweetener they gave me sweet water, 2nd time same experience. Busy location doesn’t mean you cheat with your customers.I would give -10 starts to this location.
